KFC Werrington

Probably the most prone of mistakes when it comes to orders. I've never been to a KFC outlet that can guaranteed 85% mistakes. Even via their apps they managed to still make mistakes. When you buy 15 pieces of chicken for example, you expect 15 pieces, not 11 or 12 etc. Surely someone can count or read what's being ordered. Management on this site won't change a thing, so don't bother.

Service is abit of a hit and miss. Some days it's excellent other days it's shocking. Generally fresh food though.

Not good as the 2 boys at the front were playing the fool and using there tongs to pinch each other then use the same tongs to pick up the food. I did say something to therm (nicely) and they didnt cear.

Drive through tends to back up but the service is always good and have yet to get a botched order. Fries can sometimes be a bit hit and miss and they tend to on ocassion run out of wicked wings

Too busy after 5. Better off going to panthers kfc. Same food but 20mins quicker
