Had the chicken box at El Jannah Penrith and it was absolutely spot on. The chicken was juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. Paired with their legendary garlic sauce, it was next level – creamy, punchy, and addictive. Portion size was generous and everything tasted fresh. If you love great chicken, this place never disappoints. Will definitely be back!
El Jannah Chicken Penrith is a great place for families to enjoy chicken. Located in the heart of the Penrith Central Business District, this restaurant offers many seats for big families. I want to give a shoutout to the guy with the curly black hair, he was awesome and made my day. Interior looks a bit weird when you think of it of a dystopian style, and seats are not the comfiest I've experienced. The restaurant is extremely clean, and food tasted marvellous and delicious. I recommend people should definitely go to this restaurant if they are locals or highway stoppers, and I might come back another time.
Purchased takeaway and after waiting 5 minutes we were advised the chicken would take a further 10 minutes.nThe review is not about the wait time but around the professionalism and service of the store.nnThere were 3 male and two females staff members behind the pickup area, talking about their social lives and 1 staff member standing to the side of the register doing nothing while another male was serving the queue.nnManagement need to do some training on their team around what should be discussed in a workplace as the 3 staff behind the pickup area were actively swearing throughout their whole conversation.
I came to buy Tawouk rolls at 9:30 pm, I know the team tired and they want to go home but if you feel you can’t work untill this time just stay home!nHere’s my sandwich! They didn’t even put chips inside it and they don’t answer the phone!
Always a good time having lunch here. The lovely man who serves us all the time WAS ALWAYS ABOVE AND BEYOND! I wish I had his name but he always serves us with a smile. It was also pouring outside and told me to just relax and stay as I couldn’t go out in this weather. Wishing all the staff for making our El Jannah experience pleasant all the time!
