I have ordered through your website which was not user friendly.nI have been waiting an 1 1/2 for my order and I have now been on hold for the last 15 minutes to get an ETA of when my food will arrive!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN!nnUpdate: After 2 hours of waiting and being hung up on twice, half of our order FINALLY arrived. The chicken was cold, the chips were cold and soggy and the beef sharwarma was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around half the day in a warmer! We were missing 1 large chips and our deserts. What a waste of time and money, this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a restaurant and I will not be returningnnI would like a refund but have no way of contacting the business because they don't answer their phones and hang up on their customers.
One of the best chicken meal I've ever had. Its crispy on the outside, a bir charred, while super juice on the inside. Imagine if KFC launched a grill version of their fried chicken. Definitely must try for anyone traveling to sydney
Chicken was dry not as expected, I’ve been there several times but I did not like the chicken hopefully they will maintain their level, everything except chicken was freshnColeslaw mix was fantastic, tabouli was refreshing and of course the garlic sauce. Will be coming soon next time.
Food from Penrith store has always been good. I’ve been there a few times now and recommend giving it a try if you haven’t. I much prefer their chicken over KFC or Red Rooster for example.nnBut the chicken has to be fresh.nnTheir chips are great and super salty which is the best.nnThe garlic sauces although main stream are really nice along with the pickles and radishes.nnWe got the half chicken and it was enough for 3 adults easy.nnGive it a try.
We waited 2 hours for disgusting foodnThe chicken was cold and dry , the chips were soggy and cold the food was inedible, called the restaurant to talk to an unhelpful lady .nOverall this place was a massive let downnI was looking forward to treating my kids to a dinner that was ment to be a treat but only a disappointment
