Update; I still can’t stomach the thought of eating Hungry Jacks due to the food poisoning. I wonder how many others got it as well on NYE from that store.nnAfter waiting ages, they couldn’t get the order right, staff need to provide better customer service and learn the word “‘sorry.” To top it off, I have mild food poisoning!
No pepper at breakfast time. Full school kids sorry stopped in too busy order took too long tables seating dirty.nBest to keep driving have breakfast elsewhere.nIt's the dirtiest hungry Jack's run by kids just mucking around no cleaning done icecream all out Front of shop. Sorry can't be eating there again filthy.
Went with my mum and got ignored by all the workers except for a lovely girl named Bontiana. She was new in training and clearly was better than the seniors on. Good on her honestly :
Monday night spent waiting forever in the drive through, only to get ripped off the onion rings. I mean, it's not every time they get it wrong, but it's more times than not.nHate paying for something and not receiving it!
I go here occasionally to get breakfast on my way to work or out somewhere on a weekend. The service is by far the slowest i have encountered at any fast food restaurant. Every single time, we are waiting 15 minutes or so in the drive through. How hard is it to serve a bloody breakfast menu?? Sort it out!
