Look it’s not the worst place and I don’t expect a lot in fast food but it’s an “old times” treat with my Dad…but I usually go to mulgoa road location because every time I come here there’s a stack of flat soft drinks waiting on the counter, and a cold cheeseburger with my name on it and some chips that missed the pack. But tonight it was the only option as the mulgoa road one was drive through only. Here’s a picture of my chips - and I’d already put the “bag chips” the ones that fell out back in, and my dads were the same. Probably got like 10 chips each tops. They always skimp on them. Also, for the first time ever the nuggets tasted like the freezer? Maybe they left the bag open..nI know it can be busy and they try their best being a lot of young staff, which is why I’m not complaining about the wait..but a bit more care would go a long way. I also didn’t know which drinks were meant for me but when I asked the girl she had already walked off to have jokes with her friends, so I just took two.
We received our cheese burger with a cut in the bottom of the bun it’s not whole bun then when we ask for another 1 and what we have received is a cheeseburger with a lot of mustard. We ask in a nice and polite way but I don’t know if it is coincidence or not. Putting a lot of mustard in a cheeseburger I don’t think it is the standard worst experience in hungry jack’s so far.
Don’t usually do these type of reviews since i always get delivery but seriously worst hungry jacks i’ve ordered from.nnFirst order - Got a hungry tamers with loaded fries and onion rings food was freezing they must’ve had a food fight with the food bc it was thrown all in the bag gravy everywhere opened and disgusting onion rings were disgusting and cold terrible experience. called manager said they will talk to staff knowing hospitality managers nothing probably happened.nnsaid to myself ill always switch the location to penrith after that but unfortunately my work requires me to finish late around 3am only one open is this hungry jacks which is closest to my house.nnSecond order - HALF THE ORDER MISSING i don’t understand your reading from a list how do you miss it? super incompetent. didn’t even bother to re order just annoyed me. called manager again same responsennTHIRD ORDER - was super surprised that i got my entire order but of course it has to be freezing including the burger you can tell when something is cooked fresh or has been sitting for hours. can’t even be bothered to call.nncome on guys i get you hire incompetent 14 year olds but seriously? i work in hospitality so i can see incompetence when i see it. whoever is on uber between 2-3am usually change it . seriously bother ordering somewhere else if you can. really wish there were more options on uber then this hungry jacks and maccas.
I really liked Hungry Jacks but its quite disappointing seeing an AI chat taking your order. Sadly couldn't do a 0 star for the horrendous AI servicennI had to repeat myself multiple times to order a storm of all things not that complicated it was also really off putting when in a 1 minute interaction there were multiple voices which also felt quite hostile as it said to drive through.nnAfter waiting for about 4 minutes to pay for my food not that long but still annoying after not being served by a person I get home and its the wrong burger and is missing 2 of the ingredients that are normally on the burger that is did get. This has honestly been the worst experience ive had at a hungry jacks.
Cold soggy fries and sweaty burgers all for an exorbant $70nThis store is a joke burgers taste like they are reheatednFries I can't tell if old or undercooked but definitely a horrid taste and soggynBurgers with soggy lettuce and watery cheese with a wired sponge looking bunnWhat a rip offnAvoid this store
