I'm giving 3 stars because the toilets soap dispensers where out of soap & broken. Very poor effort for hygiene. Everything else was fine. Fast friendly service & reasonably priced food.

Exceptional customer service, great quality of food, arriving to table in great timing too. Waiters always great and the cleanliness of the store is fantastic. Toilets could be a little cleaner though, but other than that - no faults at all.

Went here with Family on a busy Friday night, no reservation made. The restaurant was very busy however we were seated straight away. The service staff were great. Waited about 15 or 20 minutes for our mains. Burgers and steaks enjoyed by all. Mains were priced around the $20 mark. Overall a very good quality dining experience, exactly what you want on a Friday night. Will return.

I came into the store a few weeks ago to be greeted by Zach as our server. I was enlightened by the experience given by Zach and his service was great. However, the food did take a while to arrive to the table and when speaking to the manager about this, he was very apologetic and kind and made up our experience by providing us with activity books for the kids and also signing us up for membership. I can not recall the managers name, but I am fairly sure it was Druv. Love the service and will be coming back. Have also had great experiences with Jackson in the past too. Great staff and great service.

Just wanted to say how 'Brilliant' Hayley was last night at dinner in Penrith. She was very professional, helpful and attentive to my Ceoliacs requirements. She followed up on my menu choices several times, without once looking annoyed or inconvenienced. This demonstrates her true character and professional approach to her work. Thank you!
