We dined in the back area of the restaurant, which unfortunately sits right next to the toilets and there was a lingering smell in the air that made it hard to enjoy our meal.nnThe space felt neglected brick walls were covered in pencil crayon scribbles, parts of the wall were falling apart, and the tables looked stained and poorly maintained.nnThe food was average, nothing special which was a letdown given the atmosphere. That said, the customer service was lovely. The ladies serving us were warm and welcoming, and they did a great job.nnWith a proper revamp and some care put into the space, this place could be much better.
We’re regular customers of RASHAYS and we went in with family from overseas today 20th April @ 7.20 pm We were appalled by the attitude of the waitress I cannot recall her name that served us. She had no smile on her face and when we ordered dessert and asked for extra spoons, she just rolled her eyes at us. It was clear that she absolutely hates her job and did not enjoy serving us.nnApart from that the food was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed it! Please look into improving your customer service as this would make the experience pleasant for the whole family.
Amazing food, great service and employees and a wonderful atmosphere.nFood here is definitely underrated and there is a lot of variety.nTheir staff is quite friendly and approachable.nWill definitely come back sometime.
Came here on late night shopping Thursday and was very pleasantly surprised by the staff and service. Dropping a Name here Zac's for his perfossinalism. From first arriving at the door all the way to seating request to ordering then food service to having to return a dessert as it tasted off. Very clean and neat even after a busy day. Food,drinks and dessert was top notch as expected no complaints there. Keep up a good work guys, very impressed.
When we sat down we noticed how neglected the place has become. The menu's were so filthy and sticky. I went to use the sanitiser which is located near the bathroom it was hanging off the wall and empty. Our food all came out at different times. Hubby was finished his before I got mine. The chips were soft and cold. The onion rings were just a ball of oil, the sauces have all been watered down and ranch tasted like vinegar was poured into it. The gravy was like jelly. The place needs a clean. The windows are smeared by grubby hands the walls covered in pencil crayon etc. The furniture was sticky. Not a good experience at all. We won't be back.
