Very disappointed in the fact i have ordered food from this store several times now, to bite into my food to find pink chicken. I often purchase wraps or baguettes to take to work for lunch or dinner. 3 or 4 times I have had to throw out my food due to this. As there are no stores or restaurants where I work I can't simply walk outside and find something. Furthermore, I can't exactly leave my store when I am the only staff member on at work. Can safely say I will not be purchasing this food to take to work anymore.

Just paid $6 for a smoothie at the Penrith store that didn’t taste fresh and wasn’t smooth at all. Chunks of ice throughout it

The coffee in their Level 2 shop is really nice, can't comment on Level 1 store near Woolworths. My only criticism is on their Hey You app service, the notifications need to be on the POS nearest to the baristas otherwise the order will get missed.
