Literally the worst Maccas in Tasmania. I’ve been their multiple times and it’s been good maybe once in the 12 years I’ve lived here. We waited half an hour (not exaggerating) literally 30 mins for 4 soft serves, 2 frozen cokes, 1 Vanilla Coke & 1 frozen raspberry & a mc chicken burger & chips. Then they told us they couldn’t do vanilla or raspberry and the ice cream machine wasn’t working. They told us this after waiting for 25 minutes and we asked for our money back and they made us stand their longer because they then forgot to give us our refund. Do not recommend.

Have had been to this McDonald's at Bridgewater so many times l could tell you as it's closeist to where l live and the staff are second to none fantastic service but there was a manager on yesterday 6/02/18 at 3:30ish that needs to learn from his workers under him as his service is discussing made me a coffee that sat on the bench for 15 minutes as he had forgotten my order again when I ask he just told me that my coffee was ready and wanted to give the the same coffee that had been sitting there, normally I wouldn't be so hard as it's just a coffee but the very same manager has done the same thing to me on 3 other occasions go figure.

I don't eat at these places often, but was happy I stopped in this past weekend to pick some up for a mate and found Hayley (spelling?) at the drive through window. She was funny, pleasant and professional and made me feel like a valued customer and management should hire more people like her. I may even visit there more now! lol Thanks Hayley :)

Often mess my order up but always happy to correct and do so quickly, affordable sometimes snack when your in a hurry. Faster drive thru than most..

Went through the drive through sat thete while the other side kept getting their orders through so i reversed and left wont be back if that is how you operate i dont know if there was 1 oerson taking the orders but i repeatedly asked if anyone was there with no answer not good enough
