Very slow, workers bring rude to each other, food cold, restaurant a complete mess and it wasn't busy at all. One worker that I believe is a manager was talking very unprofessional about this one team member. They had my food ready and never gave me my food until I asked for it. Very disappointed. 11pm on Sunday night.
Myself and some family went to maccas this past Saturday around 11:40pm to grab some food. What we didn’t expect was this horrible experience. We clearly ordered 5 chips 2 of those included in meals after waiting forever we get to pay for the food and discover the order was already messed up so we corrected it. We then waited forever again and when we received our order we were missing 2 chips. We said to the lady our chips are missing and she clearly was enjoying that we wasn’t happy about it and we said we would pay the difference but then said there was no card machine. Which we know is a lie. It was quite upsetting to be laughed at when we were being respectful, we should have just been given two chips. But we decided to go inside and get some. we then waited another 15 mins to get 2 chips. They were taking priority over delivery orders instead of in person customers, that was quite disappointing. That whole experience from start to finish took 1 hour, quite frustrating. When we finally arrived home we discovered the chips had no salt and stale, the Big Mac sauce we received had barely anything in it, would have only been able to dip 2 chips in it.nQuite frankly this is a disappointment and they need to get their act together.
Rushed in here on my way to an appointment that I arrived late to thanks to this place. Waited 10 min+ at the drive through which was empty - mic was left unattended and only after repeativly saying hello did i get an answer. Paying, the cashier mummbled, was rude and offered no greetings arriving or departing. We were asked to go to bay where we waited again for cold food. The food we received was half empty. Drink tasted like gas. Cheese was barely on the burger and the lettuce was scraps. Chips cold anf boarder line burnt. Meals were cold except for 1 that was hot which was obviously the one holding it all up. Frappe tasted like water milk and had the wrong drizzel. Overall very unhappy. The place is digusting, dated and the food is just as repulsive.
Disabled toilet locked, said don't have key, have a young daugther, men's toilet out of bounds and females also...all of a sudden the disabled toilet is unlocked..??? All tables filthy, no trays to place food on, no happy meal boxes so all the food was placed in one bag. Staff rude....moonah McDonald's just seems to be terrible all the time!!
Visited this evening and ordered Kpop Demon Hunter meal. I received the order and opened the card pack without thinking and then I realised I got the Saja Boys card instead of Huntrix card. I went up to the staffs and explained it to them and all they said there is only this pack and the other one said you already opened it I think he rolled his eyes too. Not trying to be a karen but yes I did opened up the pack but at least acknowledge that I was given the wrong stuff and offer an exchange if it's acceptable by the management or the one in charge but all they said is there is only one type of pack. To be honest I would accept if you guys said the Huntrix pack is finish or whatever reason but saying there's no such pack is... oh wow. I showed them the picture of the Huntrix card pack and they still said no. You guys work there and didn't know about it? Tsk tsk tsk, disappointing. At least the other store would be honest and inform me when the demon sauce is finished.nn Clean environmentn Staffs being ruden Staffs have no idea what promotion is going on and what card/gift should be giving or actually, it's existencennVerdict: nope, not going back anymore.
