Today, I visited the drive-through and ordered a coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was quite cold. When I brought this to the counter, the staff kindly replaced it, which I appreciated. However, the replacement coffee was still not up to the expected standard — it tasted very dull and was undrinkable. I ultimately ended up throwing it away and left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.nWhile I understand that everyone can have an off day, I hope the quality of service and attention to detail improves in the future. I’ve had good experiences in the past, so I look forward to seeing the consistency return. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Is this amount of soft corn normal? Is it still a baby?nThe soft corn at other McDonald's doesn't look like this.nThe other two photos are of the ice cream I got at other McDonald’s and Burger King, they were much different.
Is there ever going to be a time when my order is correct? Or hot for that matter?nThis is after always being parked in the waiting bay.nWon't be back, this place is a joke
Rushed in here on my way to an appointment that I arrived late to thanks to this place. Waited 10 min+ at the drive through which was empty - mic was left unattended and only after repeativly saying hello did i get an answer. Paying, the cashier mummbled, was rude and offered no greetings arriving or departing. We were asked to go to bay where we waited again for cold food. The food we received was half empty. Drink tasted like gas. Cheese was barely on the burger and the lettuce was scraps. Chips cold anf boarder line burnt. Meals were cold except for 1 that was hot which was obviously the one holding it all up. Frappe tasted like water milk and had the wrong drizzel. Overall very unhappy. The place is digusting, dated and the food is just as repulsive.
I was at work so ordered 2 burgers with clearly mentioned no beef patties as I am vegetarian . Got Big Mac with 2 beef patties and classic Angus has beef juice and little pieces of beef in it. Couldn’t eat any of it other than the cold Hashbrowns .
