Atrocious service, called in via drivethrough to grab a quick bite for the kids. Left sitting for over half an hour before even getting to the window to pay. Spoke to manager 'April' who was very unappologetic and used thinly vailed excuses of being understaffed and advised that I can leave without my order if I like.nI know it's fast food and I shouldn't expect high quality service but this was beyond unreasonable
Got a 10 minute wait so I waited on the chicken and then I missed three large cheeses, potato and baby dinner Rolls so I rang up and went back and then my chips weren’t cooked properly and it was just all up very very bad
Clean. Fast, welcoming and helpful. Big smile welcomed us when we came through the door. We were served promptly and respectfully. Food fresh and chips crunchy. Chicken juicy just the way I like it. Bridgewater KFC over Brighton every. Single. Time.
I ordered a zinger burger meal with hot and crispy chicken. They gave me super cold food and when i ask them to change it they gave me same cold and Stale Food . That is so ridicules .
