After driving our luxury Lancer to Hobart, my wife and I arrived starving at KFC Bridgewater this afternoon. We were shocked to find the clientele of this dining establishment were unmannerly and of obese sizing. My wife Caroline, in remission from brain cancer, was so distressed by the curse word featured in the so-called ambient music on offer. We prefer ABC Classic FM for a more soothing experience. After eating the delicious original recipe chicken on offer at this fine venue, Caroline was dissatisfied by the petite unfolded size of the moist towelette. We prefer brands of moist towelette that are of more generous portion size.

Sadly the staffing problems continue. Poor service, by under-trained staff. Customer service is a joke.

Called to KFC Bridgewater tonight went through the drive through to be greated by the rudest sarcastic girl, (rarhini)who asked what I would like told her I wanted a family buger box to which she never asked what burgers I'd like went to tell her she rolled her eyes at me and huffed I then told her there's no need to be rude and roll her eyes as that is just darn right rude, she said"is it"with a smile on her face I said well you know it is I said I want to speak to the manger she smiled and saud "you go right a head" I saud geeze you are a sarcastic little thing aren't you then she smile and said drive to next window please really smart so I asked her name and she spelt it out to me , then I drove through to pay created by a lovely young man, then drove through to window to speak to manager who informs me she will speak to the regional manager as its nor the first time she has fine this or had complaints about her for the same thing so I ask my self why would she still be there !!!????at the first window to which is the first face that greets the customers???? And why hasn't something been done about the rude little cow !! If you hate your job rarhini or thw customers are too much trouble why work there?? As you wouldn't have a job there if it wasn't fir us the customers!!

Alright but I feel that the fact they didn't have any bbq sauce ruined my experience. I'll never go there again.
