I frequent this cafe quite often because the food is nice. However every time I have been served by Ebony she has been rude and unprofessional. I tried to redeem a gift card I was given and she basically had a tantrum right in front of me because it was not working. One time I went in and another lovely young lady was trying to take my order and Ebony could not stop discussing her weekend plans despite the poor girls efforts to get her to stop so she could take my order. I stood there for a good five minutes waiting for her to finish her story. No complaints about other staff, all lovely and quick service.

Pleasant place for breakfast. Pastries were very tasty and there was a lot of choices. Staff was friendly and patient with us.

The food here is nice and so are the workers and it’s a very nice cafe and perfect for when you want breakfast when you’re on a road trip.

My son and I went to the New Norfolk store and were very happy with our coffee and croissants. On leaving I purchased some things to take home. The same young lady served us both times and she was very pleasant.  Two staff members were standing at the counter chatting and had to be asked to move so she could get our products. They made it very difficult for her to access the products and then made comment when one of the products were dropped. They proceeded to chat whilst other customers were waiting and once the lady serving me had finished she then served the next customers as well. I felt uncomfortable for her.

I was served by Dan, Ruth made a friendly comment because Dan hadn't understood me, and they told Ruth off for it.nRuth did nothing wrong, and it felt like Dan was just abusing their power to be mean.nRuth was lovely, and so was the food
