The lady at the counter was so helpful letting us find comfortable headphones. She is always so friendly  and has a excellent customer service skills that you dont sèe in most places these days. She deserves a pay rise just saying :-) :-)

Great shop, good range. Staff are friendly until you deal with management who are very rude and horrible to deal with.
