Excellent friendly customer service every time I have been there and the product is always produced fast, and is presented fresh.

It was clean and fast and tasted like McDonald's. Not sure where their music comes from but was a bit surprised with hip hop so early in the morning. They were playing "You can do it (put your back into it)" by Ice Cube unedited at 930am. I was a fan but not everyone might be.

I have watched the service at New Norfolk Maccas decline rapidly over the past 6 months but the crunch came the other day when I decided that I won't return, 17 minutes in the drive through, I thought the car in front of me must have had a huge order, nope just a happy meal. By the time I got my order my strawberry shake was watery, no tomato on my burger and my nuggets were stone cold. But the best was when my oder was just about thrown at me and the bogan said sorry about the wait and I said I won't be back to which bogan replied "fine by me". Have to love your customer service training.

It's a Macca's. Just like all the rest. I only give one star for any of these fast food chains. If you like to eat this stuff, I'm not going to change your mind. If you don't, you wouldn't eat there anyway. So a pointless review.
