I'm absolutely over this. 25 mins in the drive through for a $10 burger. I could have walked into the supermarket next door, bought somthing and put it in the oven for less time and money. This is not directed at the young people working there. I think MacDonald's in general is no longer a cheap alternative and certainly not 'fast food.' The burger was garbage. The chicken was cold and rubbery. Forget it. Shut the place down. Give up.
The place was dirty, there were flies everywhere, there was a pickle stuck on the wall which I can only imagine that it have been there awhile as it was dry, the sauce on the roof looks like it had been there a week, the hand sanitiser bottles don't work, my wife stood at the counter for 5 minutes while everyone behind the counter stood there and had a good old chat between themselves. The manager of this site must be either hopeless at there job or have given up on life because this place is appalling.
Stopped in to use the facilities with my 2yo. The facilities were absolutely horrendous, Im talking crime-scene stuff. My 2yo then decided she’d would like to play in the play area, choosing my battles I conceded and then figured I’d place an order. After ice-skating to the self service kiosk over a wet and soapy floor I was asked by an older gentleman to hold his arm as he tried to leave the premises on said soapy floor as he couldn’t get ahead of the employee that comically seemed to be mopping ahead of him, making sure it was slippery as he complained the whole way. After helping the gentleman with his getaway I finished placing my order and went to ghetto playground with my daughter. Thinking my order might be ready after 10 minutes lol I thought I would leave the play area and see. To my amusement we were locked in the play area so had to wait. Another 10 minutes of waving, knocking, banging on the glass someone in the completely empty store noticed me and begrudgingly informed someone else to assist me, I made a a joke, they didn’t laugh and I proceeded to go get my McMuffin and two hash browns. They weren’t ready, so I wanted at the counter another couple of minutes. The staff weren’t rude, just blissfully unaware of anything outside of themselves. A bit ridiculous I felt and should be noted here publicly.
Unfortunately everything about my cheeseburger were cold. Not even remotely warm enough to melt nor warm the cheese. Asked for salt sachet, didn't have so my already cold fries got man handled and extra salt on the top ones. Few chips fell out on the counter, she picked them up and popped them in the bag as well. Poor food hygiene amongst other things. Restaurant had dirty tables and bins overflowing . Nice...
This site needs cleaning, when the maccas is looking derelict dosnt look good for town. Gardens desd snd dirty. Outsie srea dirtyneeds pressure wash everywhere. Food was as ordered.
