Food is good value for money. Service is always friendly. But to the Manager of the store. Have a spring clean the place looks filthy. Even down to the car that has dominoes wrap on it. It needs a clean.pick up your game manager. Photos don't do it justice of how filthy it is. Wash some windows clean the benches and floors.
Pizzas were always pretty good. Ordered a delivery last weekend. Pizzas bases weren't cooked properly, sauce was bland and pizzas were stone cold. Churros were cooked to a crisp and inedible. Didn't expect the chips to be anything great, so wasn't really disappointed with them. At least the garlic bread was good.
It's a Dominoes, your expectations are always mid to low, but you know exactly what you are getting.This location has lowered my expectations of Dominoes as a whole on multiple occasions, but I still keep going back like a pig looking for its round trough. Best time was when they delivered our pizza 2 hours late was a 5 minute drive away from the store and the pizza was similitanously burnt and cold as a Tasmanian winter, Got a freebie pizza for next time though.
Went into the Bridgewater dominos at 5pm 28th November 2024. A male staff member greated us upon arrival we waited for 10minutes to be served. We stood at front counter as the staff members stood around talking amongst them selves. Other than being greeted on entering store that was the only interaction staff made with us. The store was in a filthy state looking thru the window into area where pizza doe is prepared the whole area including food prep bench and floor was filthy. There was a rubbish bin over flowing with rubbish with rubbish on floor. There was a thick layer of dust on back of the monitor sitting over the bench where pizzas prepared for cooking. The front of the counter has a perspex petition that is filthy with food splatters looking like not wiped clean in a long time. Both the wife and I waited for 10 minutes to place a large order to value of $52.00 but despite all our attempts to get service all the staff were to heavily involved in standing around chatting amongst them selves. They knew we were there as they on a number of occasions looked over at us. We walked out after being ignored for ten minutes by all staff on duty. After being treated in this manner and after seeing the filthy state of the shop we left the store and refuse to eat from their again especially after seeing the unhygienic state of the food prep areas of store. Suggest if anyone wishes to buy pizza from domino Bridgewater prior placing order have a good look at hygiene standards of this particular store. Assure you that you will walk out disgusted
The driver was very nice and the pizza is very nice. I score of the driver and the pizza had 10 out of 10 and I give him a five stars rating great service
