SLOWEST McDonald's ever. I should have read the review first. Everyone is on slow mode. 2pm afternoon still >20 mins wait. Fries with no salt. Messed up burger.Food: 1/5
If i could give negative stars I would. Every time I’ve ordered from this mcdonald’s, there is always something messed up in my order. Today was the worst. Ordered two happy meals and they both DID NOT come with the toys and one meal didn’t come with the drink that we ordered for it. This is a joke, if the employees did this on purpose for a laugh. You won’t get far. This is just poor management and poor service at it’s finest. I understand that in fast food things are on the go all the time but come on. You had one job. Never again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU CAN. Other places sell the same thing with better service and food
Sharing because I had nowhere to sit, and other customers were complaining aswell, it was busy for a short time, but even when it wasn't no1 cleared table
I have waited for a soft serve for half an hour before when the store was empty. The crew just stands around doing nothing and they take their sweet time doing anything and everything. They don’t do their job and the managers do nothing to get their crew on track. They are constantly kicking around and not once have I gone to this McDonald’s and been genuinely happy with my order. Go anywhere but here
Waited a while to be served at the counter even though there were plenty of staff standing around having a chat and laugh. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for having a laugh at work but there's a time and a place for that, especially when there are people waiting to be served. The play area needs to be cleaned as there was dried up spilled drink on the platforms as well as the slide which was disappointing. Tables were not cleaned once customers left - the family next to us had left the table a mess and when we left, their table was still dirty and we were there for a couple of hours. At least the female toilets were clean and smelled nice.
Been here about 4x on separate occasions. Kids love the playground bt the service is always so slow and the inside always needs a clean. Staff are lovely, i drive to a different Maccas which a bit further because its more reliable, quick and clean.Food: 2/5
This McDonald is very crowded in the afternoon. Lots of drive through orders. But they still give out the best quality of food. Fresh out of the oven!
Terrible service. It took them 17 mins to make 2 choc sundaes, and I had to correct the front staff 3 times and it still was wrong. There was 8 orders on the falling out area, not being called out and all muddled up, left there cold.
The person serving Blake did really well with me and other customers and really deserves a promotion. I felt really welcomed being served by a person like this. Well Done Blake.Food: 5/5
Not good, went just now at 2am was only me and another car, 35 minute wait in the car for a Big Mac and large fires.. went inside turns out they completely forgot about our order, it wasn’t even busy.. it was just me and another car
