I have previously left a scorning review about the Keilor Downs store, but after my last 2 visits I believe they have turned it around, the children was hot and fresh, speedy service through the drive thru and staff attitude was exemplary, really makes a huge difference to your impressions and likelihood to return as a customer. Great job well done all

Team are too busy talking and not focused on the customers. Order was wrong and I could even count the number of chips in the Go Bucket on my hands. Manager on duty 23.09.25 allowing this poor behaviour to happen. Place is dirty.

On the map says open till 12:00. I got here at 10:33. The restaurant is closed, only the  drive through is open. Would be good if the map can tell me that I will go to the drive through directly.

Brought home family feast, 3 boxes of chips were burnt & dry, original chicken pieces were burnt and inside was dry.nSpoilt families dinner, only box of wicked wings was good.nI was the manager to refund for the purchase.

Found pieces of white stuff that looked like bits of white chicken in our frozen pepsi
