Food was good but all table surfaces were absolutely filthy. Sauce, drink and general food stains. When were they last wiped down? Far below HACCP don't you think?

This could be a good experience but it wasn't, the lady that took our order got the order wrong, and they only had one flavoured frozen drink ready available. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING IF YOU ASK ME! The board says 5 flavours were available but only 1 was available. this is a real disappointment because my family were really looking forward to getting flavoured frozen drink especially for this hot 30 degrees weather. Not impressed at all!

super stunner meals and a large whopper meal via drive through,   fast service. 2-3 min drive home all the Burgers and chips were cold. Very frustrating, rang the store up, yes they will replace the meals, thank you, it just seems to happen to often at this store, please I don't want to complain just serve hot food.

Very poor service, halt hour wait from order to food being delivered to table, cold food, was if food had been prepared and forgotten, plenty of staff because  of shift change, staff had to discuss the adventures of previous day,s adventures, so the customers food orders just had to wait, won't being back to that store anymore, staff must remember the customers comes first, as they pay there wages

I thought I would try some Hungry Jack's and we thought we would eat in. But then I saw the condition of the tables. That made me want to puke. All the tables were disgusting. So I thought I will have to clean one of the tables to find that the food left on the table was actually dried on. It must have been there all day without being cleaned. Floor is also filthy. I well never eat here again.
