I recently visited McDonald’s and had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant was spotless, the service was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. A young worker named Christian went above and beyond with my order, making the best Big Mac I’ve ever seen in my life. It was perfectly stacked, fresh, and tasted absolutely amazing. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing a great job. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back to Keilor Park McDonald’s. Highly recommend this location to anyone nearby!
My food was cold my chicken and cheese buns where Rubbery the chicken was cold and the cheese was stale! I can’t lie this is one of the worst maccas I’ve been to! They left my food on the counter and didn’t even call out my number
They dont do all day menu when they feel like it?nService is slow and it gives the feeling of they dont want to be there.nFood ends up cold when you wait 10 minutes for a coffee in the drive through.nMcDonalds is suposed to be fast food I could have gone to a proper cafe and got food and coffee quicker.nLost a customer that comes in twice a week.nI just can not do it anymore just terrible service realy slow and dont follow McDonald's own standards.nFood is often cold, wrong or staff refuse to do all day menu so I give up on this store. Fast food is suposed to be fast.
Very clean, quick service, professional staff. They were really friendly. All our food tasted fresh without that oily aftertaste. Also the washrooms were really clean. Loved the magsafe charging station on top of the table.
Visited this store on 10th Mar 2026 around lunch and had the misfortune of dealing with the manager on duty who was a girl with a brown plait at the front counter. A simple issue with my order was treated like a personal inconvenience rather than part of the job. It’s always surprising when the person responsible for running the shift seems to have the least interest in basic customer service. The rest of the staff were polite, which only highlighted how poor the manager’s attitude was. Hopefully someone higher up takes a look at how this place is being run.
