Staff dont care about delivery drivers here..worst place in western suburbs
A simple request turned into an unnecessary problem due to poor customer service. After I made my payment, I politely asked for table service since I had my child with me. The manager responded rudely, saying I should have asked before paying. As a customer, I couldn’t have known the technical steps in their ordering system, nor should I be expected to. Her response was unprofessional and dismissive — not what you’d expect from a store manager. The system and staff training should allow for reasonable flexibility in cases like this, especially when customers have young children.
Went to Drive Through at 7am. Person taking order wanted to be somewhere else. Kept getting our order wrong. Moved forward to pick up window. Again given incomplete order. Attitude from teenage staff was appalling. Clearly didn’t want to be there. Someone needs to teach these kids a bit of customer service. Won’t be back.
Genuinely didn't look like it had seen a broom or a table wipe in a day. Food scattered everywhere, rubbish on the floor, black stains on the floor from God knows what. And only I would say maybe 4 people working.nOrdered 2 coffees, took 15 minutes to get them. On shift manager apologised for the wait which was kind of him but his staff were just totally lacking any functionality.
Made me wait 20 minutes for 3 McFlurrys, didn’t fill it up to the top and I was hungry. I asked for chocolate topping and they didn’t give me any. Lady was rude to me.
