As much as I was really willing to give this place 5 star and give and other good review after seeing good reviews unfortunately they are far away from such rating yet. Chicken pizza looked and tested like the mushrooms and chicken was added after it was taken out of the oven and was soggy inside. It was very disappointing as it didn’t really taste nice. Margarita pizza was also soggy. I think they have a long way to go before they make good pizzas. I really thought this would be my next favourite pizza place!
This place has the best pizzas ive eaten in Melbourne! Wood oven and delicious fresh, quality toppings cooked perfectly! Loved the atmosphere too! Will def be going back with the family again!
I feel ripped off I can't believe the amount of anger I am in at this moment I ordered a $30 DOLLAR MEAL i got Coles pre-made pre-breaded schnitzel. the chips were alright but it doesn't justify $30 absolutely ridiculous pricing I'd easily charge $12 for this not $30
What has happened to our favourite local pizzeria? This will be our last visit after 6 years. We usually come fortnightly, roughly spend $250 each visit. It is so sad that you have lost your edge. Last night, there were only four tables of three people, and we had to wait for our food for over an hour. Staff seem not interested and confused. As for our meals, they were not enjoyable. Please tell me that the original owners will return and bring back its appeal. It has lost its authentic, old school Italian cooking.
Me and my partner were starving for a good Woodfire pizza, got chips as entree and the bowl was only half full for 10$, ordered a chicken pizza and waiter came out with a prawn and garlic . Had to wait an extra 15 minutes just to get an undercooked flavourless dry pizza. Had one slice and couldn’t eat any more. Left more than half of it they did compensate us for it though. Quality dramatically changed since new owners. Don’t recommend and not going back
Food was fabulous, staff were awesome, decor was cool too! Highly recommended. Will go there again.
Sorry didn't enjoy the food, entree 4/10, mains 2/10, the chicken schnitzel was from Coles Deli with chips & veges 2 roast potatoes + 2 roast pumpkins why? u gave me chips + tomatoe sauce! A kids meal not adults, asked for mushroom sauce they were from a can with watery sauce we wasted so much food!! never again
Not bad pizza but don't order online! The app says 40mins maybe by default? but it only takes 15 so pizza is stone cold by the time you pick it up
The standards have dropped remarkably. Ordered a margarita tonight 13 May, how difficult can it be? Crust was burnt to the crisp, rendering the pizza inedible. Won't be back again. Your response was inaccurate; I did not eat in it was take away pizza. A few burnt spots is acceptable, the whole base was burnt, which the cook would've known when they check to see if dough is cooked, and still they sold it burnt.
The food tonight was superb, can not say the same for the service. One of the waiters was sitting down on her laptop and phone while we were wanting service. Never in my life have I seen a waiter sit down on a table and look at their phone. Considering I'm a regular it is such a dissapointment to see the pizzeria get progressively worse.
