Was very dissapointed with the new Grill Master Double Carolins Angus. Wanted to try it with the Crispy Onion which was barely present in the burger which was just like a normal burger. Waste of money
Management needs to train their staff thoroughly. I was waiting in the drive-through for 15 minutes. When I finally got to the payment window, the young girl was confused, asking me to re confirm what I had ordered, and then she could not open the register to give me change.
Can I give 0 stars? This is the worst Hungry Jacks I ever visited, 9 people working and still made just 1 order in half an hour. It is not busy at all still they are not able to deliver food on right time. One of them is drinking a cold drink, one on call, one is standing idle, one is just roaming here and there. Don't know what they are doing, but it is the worst service and atmosphere I have ever seen in my life
Poor customer service, manager talking rubbish with staff about her hair done,while customer waiting listening her crap. Fries cold burger was all over the place ...0/10 ratingnPlease dont waste ur time and money on this place
Ordered a chicken burger that came out lukewarm but I still ate it because I was in a rush and didn’t have time to go complain and get a new one. Ended up getting food poisoning and was sick for two days straight. 0/10 would not recommend.
