I waiting several minutes to be served, I had to drive to the window to place my order. It was completely wrong and the manager yelled at me to park to the side even though it was wrong. I explained to a worker it was still wrong and she was polite and went to get it fixed. The manager came out and told me I got what I paid for, and I explained to her that she yelled at me to park and it’s still wrong. She made me pay a $1 for the difference which would be fine but the service afterwards was appalling!!! She still put through my burger with cheese which I had said SEVERAL times because I cannot eat cheese. I had to go into the store and ask that they make sure there is no cheese because it was not put through correctly and this highly rude manager grabbed the burger and walked off swearing into the kitchen. I tried to tell her I had asked it with no cheese originally and she very aggressively yelled at me and said “can’t you see i’m busy!”. I finally got my burger and it had little lettuce and sauce everywhere! This service was absolutely disgusting and that manager should be ashamed for the way she spoke to me!! I am not happy.
Amazing customer service from the girls working the drive thru this evening. It was super busy but they were polite and friendly and made sure we got what we ordered. Well done!
Terrible service at the drive-thru. Asked for a simple cup of water, and the girl at the window was incredibly rude about it. A little kindness goes a long way, but apparently, that’s too much to ask here. Won’t be coming back if this is how they treat customers. She is a RACIST girl.
The blonde kid working at the front desk on Saturday 11 January at 7pm was very rude to delivery drivers. Before to the one next to me and then to me as well and it is not the first time. She must remember that if she pack fries there is someone who delivers them. You could see she was very unhappy to work there.. there are so many people looking for a job, this ungrateful kid should be fired straight away, otherwise shame on the manager.
We had 60+ year 6 graduates all order their food and the staff were so efficient and hard-working. They didn't mess up a single order and the food was phenomenol! Amazing service
