not acceptable, when I told them to add ice they said no and rudely said that I looked like the minion displayed on the cup. They clearly didn’t care abt my emotions. Do not care about friendship ‍‍
We called in here after a long flight,nAnd was incredibly surprised, the big Mac we ordered was how you would expect it to be, I haven’t had one at a normal expected size for probably 30 years, also the medium fries. The package was fully stocked with chips. Which is also very unusual.nI’m wondering if McDonald’s I’ve been told to lift the game and supply what they advertise but either way thumbs up to them.
Lacklustre service along with lazy staff that did not display any obedience to making our order at all as well as manager staring at me menacingly overpriced compared to other maccas highly, messy kitchen machine for ice cream didn’t work ask for something else offered a frappe then didn’t give it and gave a distasteful effort to offer refund overall messy inside should require health minister As well as hornets literally inside the tops of the milkshake mix probably a nest in the kitchen flies all around the area and the windows look like they have never been cleaned
Soy Latte was terrible tasted like boiled hot water and burnt very bitter tasting. The chocolate donut was hard and good almost stale like it had been put back in the fridge overnight from the shift before I do know this happens in some stores! tables were dirty as well.
Worst staff ever!!! who’s working at the night time they are so rude. They don’t have any friendly costumer service. Today18/07/2024 i went there around 10.30. After i put my Order through drive-thru i just wanted to add some more items. But the one who was serving to me told me they can’t add it. So ridicules. Every time I went there I faced the worst customer experience ever!!! Please change the staff!!
