the food tasted nice but 1/2 way through my meal I bit in to a piece of chicken and along with it I got a twig with my chicken. At first I thought it was a hard piece of chicken but at a second look could see it was wood. When I called them they said sorry but they don't believe that is possible. I told him I'm looking at it right now they just kept saying sorry and said he would remake my meal but after that experience I don't think I will eat there ever again.

extremely poor food and customer service. Fish was burnt and chips dry. Worst fish and chips I have ever had.

Myself and my partner have ordered from this place twice now and both times have been disappointing. Everything has just been luke warm, especially the chips. Not to mention that both time there was no salt on them. The last time we ordered, my partner asked for no onions on his burger but still got some. I do not recommend this place at all, definitely look for other places first.

Fish and chips were bad. Batter was too thick and chewy with this fish being soggy. Also usually when you order from the packs it ends up cheaper and it seemed for there prices it was the same and sometimes more. Also when you order around 40 dollars or more every fish n chips throw in a potato cake ect. Very over priced for the quality will not be coming back. Sad it is very close

Food was edible but most things disappointed. Soggy fish batter/chips, lacking seasoning, flavourless calamari. Salad and coleslaw were okay.
