This place is incredible authentic, just like home Turkish food. I got really emotional about it because it reminds me of my mums food, who sadly passed away some years ago. There is no way I would eat Turkish food anywhere else, sending lots of my love and blessings .
We LOVE House of Fides. Our favourite local Turkish food restaurant. We've been going there for years and it never disappoints. The ladies making fresh bread in the window gets us in there every time and we even take away the breads after a meal. Hands down, do yourself a favour and get some of my favourite dips loads of dips to choose from with fresh breads, gozleme, chicken skewers, coban salad, mixed grill and soups. Wash it down with Turkish tea......nnGo there!!!!
This is our favourite local restaurant. A warm welcoming environment with genuine customer service, run by a beautiful family. The food is full of flavour and never disappoints. We have been coming here for many years now and it has maintained a consistently high standard.
Seeing the home-made Turkish bread being made in the window we had to dine in, we ordered the mixed grill for 2 with the eggplant and spicy dip. The eggplant dip was a sure pick, the mixed grill was a good size for two people, and the flavours were on point for everything, hard to pick a favourite. We decided to also try the special desert they had for the night which was like a buttery pistachio shortbread with vanilla ice cream, I wish that was on the menu for good because it was buttery goodness I wish to have again. The staff were also very friendly and made you feel like you were eating with family. Fantastic night, highly recommended.
Very authentic, delicious Turkish restaurant. Staff are so lovely also nMix grill was on point! All of our meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly! Everything was tender/juicy. Dips, salad, bread etc were all perfect as well.nThe whole meal took me back to travelling through Turkey & Cyprus 10/10
