I recently ordered a packed lunch for $9.95, which was supposed to include a Double Tender™ Burger, regular chips, a regular coleslaw, and a regular Solo. I also added 6 pieces of hot and spicy boneless chicken for $6.95, with an extra $4 for a combo that included a regular drink and regular chips. However, my order was missing the regular drink and chips, which I had to request from the staff. When I finally received them, the chips were soggy and undercooked, and the chicken pieces were very small. The restaurant wasn’t clean, and no one was attending to the rubbish.nnThis experience was disappointing, and I would rate it a 0 out of 5 if I could. I would advise others to think twice before spending their money here.
The young lady who served me was a pleasure to deal with. Young fella there whom I think was with special needs, did a great job. Heard I requested an extra piece of chicken and was promptly at the counter with a piece. Good job. The thing girl was extra special. Went out of her way to accomplish her task without a hint of negativity.nWell done to Friday night staff of 24/5/24.
Very dirty - the floors were putrid and the tables inside and outside. The staff were busy talking rather than serve.nMy meal I ordered was returned as I asked for no sauce and the chicken piece was very oily. The items were thrown into the box and gravy dripping.nOutside area was also putrid- the bin was overflowing with rubbish.nI'd understand if it was at night but I attended at 12.15pm.nI requested to speak to the Mgr and the person started talking to her colleague and I was totally ignorednTake pride in your work - very disgusted
Burgers were absolutely disgusting the amount of Mayo used was appalling had to scrape it off! I’m conjunction with the fact they got my order wrong genuinely the worst KFC I’ve been to. Take the time drive the extra 10minutes and go to moonee ponds.
