The last two times we’ve visited this store, the experience has been very disappointing. Both times we were made to wait 5–10 minutes for our meals, only for the orders to be completely mixed up. Staff came out not knowing which meal belonged to which car. Even after confirming our order, we were handed the wrong meal.nnA few minutes later, it turned out that the car next to us had been given our meal and had already started eating it. When we pointed out that our meal was incorrect, the staff member actually said, “Oh, that’s your meal he’s eating — do you want me to just give you that one, or do you want a fresh one?” That was shocking and completely unacceptable — of course we wanted a fresh meal.nnOn top of this, the potato and gravy served was completely powdered and inedible see photo attached.nnOverall, really poor service and food quality. Definitely needs serious improvement in order accuracy, food standards, and customer service.
They now put pieces of paper inside your boxed meal on top of the unwrapped food which is unsanitary, that states if there’s any issues with the order to call them or email them on a random email address… no thank you. I’d rather not have printer paper that has printer ink all over it, in my uncovered chicken. Yes that’s all the grease deteriorating the paper instantly and was on my food.nAlso, if the drive through people would give you a second to speak, they would know if there was “ANYTHING ELSE” instead of having to cut you off every 3 words to ask.nPlus the chicken tenders every time I’ve been here have been undercooked. Never coming back.
Ordered through door dash and only got half our food.nCalled kfc for the other half of our food or a refund and they only offered a small amount back of what we paid for. RIP OFF!nWe ordered 2 sweet Tokyo boxes and only got 1!!!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Undercooked chicken in my zinger. I got a go bucket and it tasted like the oil used was old and the chips/chicken cold. I think they must have the buckets sitting for a while before you order, it definitely isn’t cooked when you order.
Food wasnt edible … thrown out … what a waste of time and money .nAs if they haven’t change the oil in quite a whilenBurger looked like it was dropped and thrown togethernExtremely disappointed … definitely won’t be purchasing any KFC from there again
