Worst KFC ever. Probably won't ever be ordering it from here again. Was told there was no more hot and spicy so they're replacing it with original chicken and a 20m wait. Ended up waiting over 45m to receive my order which was not complete. They also ran out of zinger pieces and replaced my zingers which I paid extra for with 2 small tenders... Also no potato and gravy, was told they replaced it out with coleslaw and extra chips but it was just 1 pack of extra large chips all up, missing a L size p&G and also regular gravy. Completely appalled by my order.
I had a fantastic visit to KFC recently! The restaurant was spotless, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear they take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for their customers.nnThe food, as always, was top-notch—crispy fried chicken and perfectly cooked sides. But what really stood out was how friendly and efficient the staff were. They made sure everything was just right and were very welcoming.nnOverall, a great experience with delicious food, excellent service, and a clean, pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

It’s unfortunate this is my local store. It’s consistently terrible. The staff here are lacking in customer service skills. There appears to be no system or leadership. It’s always chaotic. I’ve never been and had a smooth customer service experience. The food is usually as you’d expect from KFC, no major concerns. But the service is appalling.
Not only did the staff have no idea what they were doing but they’re twister was the size of a snack wrap and when I questioned them they didn’t know/care whether it was the right wrap or not. They also put the wrap into the box with the wicked wings, so the wrapper was nice and oily
