For a busy place the food you would expect to be fresh. But fries were cold n chewy. Burger cold. Not great.

Was very late at night but was understaffed. Was served by a girl who had a very negative impact on my purchase. Wasn't many customers yet it took well over 15 minutes for them to make 2 crispy aoli wraps. I picked them up and almost bit into one until my girlfriend ripped it from my mouth and  realised they weren't what we ordered. Turns out they gave us the grilled chicken wraps and not the crispy aoli. I lost all faith in MacDonald's. From what used to be a high-class restaurant where you could take a girl on a date is now a cheap yet ironically expensive fast food place with poor customer service and time management. MacDonald's Australia needs to pick it up. I have never been more disappointed with a purchase in my life. So long story short my girlfriend gave the wraps back and said we payed for the crispy aoli so don't give us the grilled chicken wraps. After the sun had orbited the earth twice, our crispy aoli wraps had finally been made. They drowned the chicken in aoli and the chicken to Lettuce ratio was woeful. The chicken wasn't even crispy, it had a minor crunch at best. I think the grilled chicken wrap would've been better.  Moral of the story, I left macdonalds with an unsatisfied pallet and should've gone to KFC next door. It was an error on my behalf but I am wiser now. Will not be going back. Other than that it was fine. I also got a muffin and asked them to heat it up but it wasn't even hot. It was warm.

McDonald's BP Cabulture is a great rest stop .They are fast and efficient, cater to seniors and the whole facility is in a great location far enough out of the city for when it is time for a rest stop,
