Ordered the Mcgrinch meal on uber eats. Was missing the fries. Didn’t add bacon, tomato or extra pickles like I paid for. Didn’t have the snow globe in it. Also if you order over 30$ you get a free Big Mac we spent $40 and didn’t get one so my partner had to half my chicken burger with me. Tried to call the store kept instantly going to message bank. Absolutely useless get your act together.
Wanted two drinks. It’s the dead of night nobody around. Took about 10 minutes for them to do the drink even thought it literally dispenses it for you. All shuffling around like idiots not doing anything. Looked me dead in the eye at one point. Should’ve gone in there and done it myself. Coke is good tho it’s about 10 minutes old and no ice. Will be coming back
I ordered a cheeseburger meal and the lady with the wrist brace decided to give me a cheese burguer without meat. If you are unhappy in hospitality don’t take it out on the costumer.
I'm making the effort to write this review because for months now the playground at this location stinks. I don't mean it's not good, I mean it literally smells disgusting. The area could be one of the best playgrounds in the area if they fixed the AC but as long as it remains broken the playground is going to keep smelling like old socks. They could temporarily fix it with a fan and some air freshener.
The guy in a white shirt serving and packing food should not be on his phone while packing food and shouldn’t have it at all on him. And it would be nice if the self serve machine worked properly and has been refilled with their paper so people know what order number we are because nothing popped up on the screen. But still not the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too that title goes to brassall McDonalds
