this afternoon we ordered the newest drink the redbull dragon berry energiser as well as the coke no sugar all in mediums but when it was given to us it wasn’t filled all the way to the top it was warm and didn’t taste very nice at all. they didn’t tell us that the ice machine wasn’t working which made it even worse for the customers itself especially on a hot day like today.nnon that note the rubbish bins outside were looking very disgusting and unpleasant, no worker came out to clean up the place which wasn’t very appealing to look at.
I can’t even begin to describe my experience with the delivery service and the food that I received not only were my burgers not packed properly but they had barely any sauce on them. I put a picture of the burger with the most sauce on it for reference just so you could see how poorly made it was and the drinks omg can’t even… and the drinks I received had no ice in them and also were flat!!!! the order had only been made half an hour ago. I am disgusted. What are the managers even managing? Their Facebook feed???
Ordered the Mcgrinch meal on uber eats. Was missing the fries. Didn’t add bacon, tomato or extra pickles like I paid for. Didn’t have the snow globe in it. Also if you order over 30$ you get a free Big Mac we spent $40 and didn’t get one so my partner had to half my chicken burger with me. Tried to call the store kept instantly going to message bank. Absolutely useless get your act together.
Wanted two drinks. It’s the dead of night nobody around. Took about 10 minutes for them to do the drink even thought it literally dispenses it for you. All shuffling around like idiots not doing anything. Looked me dead in the eye at one point. Should’ve gone in there and done it myself. Coke is good tho it’s about 10 minutes old and no ice. Will be coming back
I ordered a cheeseburger meal and the lady with the wrist brace decided to give me a cheese burguer without meat. If you are unhappy in hospitality don’t take it out on the costumer.
