I would rate this 0 stars if I could. This mcdonalds needs a serious health inspection. We stopped in on the 14th of march 2025 at around 7pm and the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. There was rubbish everywhere and no clean tables. We even sore a rat running around near the bins and the kitchen looked just as bad with food all over the floor. It is pretty appalling that staff allow a restaurant to be this unclean. The bathrooms were also awful with tiles starting to fall off the walls.

Through Uber eats I ordered 2x Mighty Mac muffins and got 2x chicken and cheese muffins. Also got a Big Mac and a hash brown. The hash brown had a chip with it and the Big Mac was the worst one I have ever had. This McDonald’s has gotten worse over the past year or so. I called and spoke to a manager and they told me that they just spoke to staff and told them to make sure they putting the right stuff in the bags and also told me it was pacifically this store and manager normally works at another store location. This manager was honest and was very polite and apologise multiple times for my inconvenience. To be honest the store was better before the viral mop incident.

I ordered Mighty McMuffin deal, coffee was goof, hsh brown was good burger only had 1 piece bacon

Ordered through drive through got black continents in my banana shake, then to top it off half the order was wrong. Last time we use this maccas they are an absolute joke who won't pick up the phone.  As you can see on the side of cup, it's through out. You think the whole staff would of been re trained after recent publicity issues.

Best Maccas I have been to in years. Clean and tidy. All touch screens working and did not have to wait to long. The only criticism is the machine did not give me a receipt with my number and not all slurpy flavours were on offer
