Had a very dangeours and uncomfortable experience, the professionalism and duty of care was completely lacking.Staff member dropped a BOILING hot white choc chai latte on my foot.
NO first aid kit on site NO administer of first aid NO first aid staff training
NO ambulance called NO reassurance was communicated on their behalf.
Follow up of this incident took couple days after and I had to contact head office myself.
This store lacks customer service and duty of care, wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Not the best Max Brenner going.
Still good for the old chocolate fix though.

Caught up for a quick drink with a friend here. Ordered the Chai Latte for her and the Vanilla Milkshake for me. My milk tasted off and at one stage there was a fly in my shake. My friends Latte wasn't the greatest to the point where she barely touched it. 

I said to my friend that the same product tastes very different at other stores and it seems as though this is the consensus now reading other reviews. 

Such a shame!
