Had a very dangeours and uncomfortable experience, the professionalism and duty of care was completely lacking.Staff member dropped a BOILING hot white choc chai latte on my foot. NO first aid kit on site NO administer of first aid NO first aid staff training NO ambulance called NO reassurance was communicated on their behalf. Follow up of this incident took couple days after and I had to contact head office myself. This store lacks customer service and duty of care, wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Having ordered the Italian thick in Sydney and enjoying it emencly I decided to order one from the coolangatta MB, it was definitely not how I remember it, the consistency was weak and tasted exactly like the normal hot chocolate my partner ordered. I approached the friendly staff and asked if this was supposed to be how it was and explaining how it was thicker only to have them say they would remake the drink but it would be the same consistency. I'm disappointed and probably won't be back. Would not recommend anybody who has tried the thick Italian chocolate elsewhere to get from here.

Caught up for a quick drink with a friend here. Ordered the Chai Latte for her and the Vanilla Milkshake for me. My milk tasted off and at one stage there was a fly in my shake. My friends Latte wasn't the greatest to the point where she barely touched it.  I said to my friend that the same product tastes very different at other stores and it seems as though this is the consensus now reading other reviews.  Such a shame!

Had an amazing coffee here today. Also indulged in some chocolate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem is today is the last day of my holiday. Wish I had found this wonderful establishment earlier.

Ordered the waffle and Italian thick. The italian thick had a very different consistency from other branches, the flavour was weak as well. The waffle was dry and tough. Definitely not up to par with the other Max Brenner branches.

The attendants were polite yet poorly trained. The meals were not served with the same standard at other locations. The venue was dirty. This didn't make sense when there only 5 patrons total.

The kids told me about a chocolate pizza with marshmallows??? I don't love super sweet, but this was so good Share one with a few friends as a treat they're really really good

The staff were not helpful and stressed out. I couldn't even get candles for my kids birthday. The ice cream was already melted when it was delivered. My request for extra glasses for water was met with "I will have to get more" in a less than friendly manner.

My macchiato had non existent froth, just a few large bubbles and bad espresso underneath. Ice coffee was watery and tasteless. Table was sticky..

This Max Brenner is in a really good location. Right near the water and its never too busy so you can always get a table.
