Bulk ordered online - the customer service was exceptional!! To say the least! Super fast delivery over a long holiday period! Will definitely be retuning…more than happy to deal with their staff anytime!
What a great place, very affordable and extremely friendly, well knowledgeable staff.
Ordered on 8th January 2023 a substantial amount of chocolate and lollies and 3 weeks past by with no delivery and no response to corrospondance to their website or email address. Speak to an employee who agrees to refund and will get a manager to process. Recieve a call a day later from a new employee stating found the parcel sitting at a depot, they agree to have courier return the stock to them as it would be perished and they would refund the order. A further email sent confirming the conversation and our position with no response! Fast forward to today 9th February 2023 and no refund and no contact from Candy Time. Unbelievably poor service and they are aware of shipping delays but opt to send perishable items anyway with no transparency of the service they can provide. Refund the money!! The order had not left the care of you ans/or your courier since 8th January 2023.
Don't buy Jelly Belly from here! Bought 1kg of these as a present for a lot of money even for this brand and they showed up stale, discoloured and inedible. Tried multiple times to politely reach out to customer service and put in a returns request but no one bothered to get back to me. So disappointed, product I can understand having issues here and there but taking no responsibility for faulty items is appalling.
Great variety of candy for any kind of function. Staff are pretty busy by the looks of things. Prices are reasonable for the amounts your buying. Prices aren’t really displayed well, you have to walk around the shop with the website open to get the prices if they aren’t displayed.
I've bought from candytime for over a year and I couldn't be any happier! Great Customer Service, Fast Shipment, always a wide range of goodies and affordable pricing!! Will always come back!! A+
Good stock but a bit pricey.
Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty to choose from. Could Have a little more lighting in there and prices arent always displayed so it helps to have the website open on your phone. Other than that i will be back.
Amazingly wonderful place, has everything you can imagine with prices that nobody can even come close to matching! Staff also very helpful! If you are having a function or special occasion and need great ideas and prices then i 100% recommend Candy Time Warehouse! Brilliant!
Love visiting the wearhouse! Easy to access and parking good, plus the crew are always so lovely and helpful. Best selection bringing back my childhood....kid in a candytime store!! They've got all the yummy stuff and great to see we have a store like this in oz. Please keep stocking the after eight mints oh yeah, pink clouds and hubby bubba!!! Plus, ladies, very handsome Christian Grey lookalike there, always makes for a fun sweet treat visit!
