My fiance ordered a beautiful bouquet of roses, a teddy and a bottle of champagne to be delivered to my work to surprise me for our first Valentines day as an engaged couple. Unfortunately this was not delivered on valentines day and he was told it was due to him not listing the address as a work address and that the delivery could still come until 7pm at night. So, my fiance obviously had to spoil the surprise and tell me about the delivery so I waited at the office until 7pm with no delivery, therefore missing our dinner plans as well! I ended up getting my delivery at 4pm on the 15th Feb! I am so upset and frustrated at this as the roses delivered had clearly been sitting in the car since the day before as they have wilted!!! So unprofessional and disappointing that my fiance has paid close to $300 to spoil me and the delivery and our dinner plans were ruined, spoiling our first valentines as an engaged couple. We tried to call multiple times today to speak to someone about this poor service, and no one answered! not even an apology was given at the delivery of the bouquet! We wont be using this company again!

I ordered flowers and they arrived on time and the flowers remained beautiful no damage or anything! I always use this shop, its so reliable and so great! great customer service, everyone is so friendly!

I received a delivery this morning. It was lovely fresh bunch of red white and green flowers. Beautiful wrapping with a big red satin ribbon. Great job Team. Busy time of year and sure you a pushed, but just loved our bouquet.

The flower arrangement was beautiful, the staff at the florist went above and beyond and showed care and concern while dealing with my order. Highly recommended. Thank you so much they were beautiful.
