Just wanted to say thank you so much for the beautiful flowers which were sent to me by my husband for my birthday. They came beautifully arranged and are still going strong 4 weeks on. The photo is of the flowers today. Would highly recommend Flowers of Southport, great job guys.

EDITED - now you are making up lies in your response to this… firstly You told me I could have very similar to the picture with my budget and it ended up being NOTHING like it. And no swearing happened I don’t swear at people in customer service/retail environment as I know how that feels… and yes you offered a refund but the flowers were already delivered to the person… I was happy to not take a refund but my review still stands because you need to be more aware of how you sell your products to people and be more honest with what you can actually achieve in your business.. ORIGINAL REVIEW- Not impressed… ordered flowers, Showed a photo of what I wanted was happy to pay as much as I needed to for what I asked… was told the price I paid would get me something similar. On delivery they were NOTHING like what I asked and the card didn’t even say what I asked it too say. I’ve bought flowers from many other places before and this has by far been the worst. It’s a shame cause the lady that served me was nice however clearly should have said they couldn’t properly fulfil my order.
Love their flowers, arrangements, the roses with imprinted words and all their knickknacks, especially the soaps from Wholesome Skin Care 4 U.
