Made an enquirey about a script, was told $90.40 but there will be a 20 minute wait as it was busy. Waited nearly 30 minutes and went to collect sprint. “Sorry, we don’t have it in stock but it will be later today”. Could of told me that when they looked it up to get me a price. Very annoying. Ended up at my small family run chemist some hours later, item was “in stock” and $90.00.

I Purchase my products there.Because they're Always busy which tells me that the discounted items are correct.Helpful Staff.Plenty Parking.Public Transport out front of the Brickworks Complex.

Useless staff. Told 15 mins for a prescription to be filled for my sick 3yr old. Came to the counter twice and to check on prescription and i get told "wait for the buzzer". 1hr passes and i ask them again if it's ready and they reply with "oh it's been here for a while, the buzzer must not of gone off". Are you serious? Who has time to sit around inside a pharmacy for an hour?? Absolutely useless.

Just because the yellow sticker says half price doesn't mean it is half price. Apparently you have to read the tiny writing on the bottle that may say that particular item is not half price even though it is displayed that way. What a rip off!

Price Scam: Happened to me on more than 4 different visits to this specific store; How it works I must say keeping your customer's waiting for there prescriptions is good tactic so they can roam around and purchase random stuff. Longer they wait chances are higher for them pick more products from store. Main Scam: Step 1: Another tactic ask customer for generic brand substitute and give him random low price but not the original price Step 2: let them wait for over half an hour being frustrated and when they checks out with random products they purchased (who remembers to double check the prescription medicine price). There is no front display for prices on any check out counter. Step 3: Charge the original higher price of medicine in system not the so called generic low price you quoted Step 4: If someone points out by chance; ring prescription counter; wait another minute or so and then " only one excuse; we didn't have in stock". We apologise, would you like to cancel the purchase of medicine because we can't match the price of generic brand as company policy???
