Would not recommend chemist warehouse at all charge me $17.99 for 125g tube of dermal heel balm clearly 6 to 8 dollars over price then the market I’ve just googled the market online and I was shocked. Highway robbery would not buy again from this business or the chemist warehouse brand. - beware !
This chemist used to be very good. Now there is a women there who has previously lost my prescription. This time when I asked for my prescription back she advised I had no repeats left. I checked the box when I got to the cashier and there were 2 repeats left. I didn't have time to sort it as I had to go back to work. This woman is absolutely useless and I don't know how she still has a job!
I am always looked after well by all the staff at Chemist Warehouse, Ferry Road. I had a particularly exceptional experience when Alana-Rae responded to my request by taking the time to search all the product information, find the best solution and provide unexpected outcomes on an exchange of product. Outstanding customer service and during a very busy time in store. Much appreciated.
Called in to purchase a few household items 3 of which we were unable to find. Nature's own vitB2, witch hazel and Gillette labs 8 pack razor blades. We asked staff members for help, one had never heard of witch hazel, another said Gillette had stopped producing 8 pack razor blades the other told us we are out of Vit B2. In the end we left the items we had already put in a basket near the cash desk and left. Total couldn't care less attitude from incompetent staff. A short drive to Nerang store where we able to get all our items in store in only a few minutes.
Wish I could a zero rating. Went to get some codral cold and flu tablets for my 12 year old son and was told he had to present his driver’s license. I said he’s 12. I produced my license but she refused to give them to me as I could not produce HIS driver’s license. I have always been under the impression that you had to be really smart to be a pharmacist. Left CW Brickworks very bewildered at her stupidity. Went over to Priceline at Southport park and spoke to an intelligent pharmacist that was very helpful and received the medication my son needed at a cheaper price. Unless you want to deal with stupidity and absolute rubbish pretend pharmacists, take your business to Southport Park Priceline pharmacy.nnWOW!!! I can’t believe it. I have come back after a few days to see if CW have even had the decency to look at their reviews and reply to customers like all good businesses should and of course like the rude unintelligent people that they are, there is no reply. I have looked over a lot of the other reviews and it seems that almost all of the customers have had an appalling experience. CW Brickworks is always messy. Staff are rude, roll their eyes at you and ask for licences from 12 year old children. Not quite sure where these pharmacists come from but in Australia, 12 year old children DO NOT HAVE A DRIVERS LICENCE. Shelves are unstocked. Prescriptions are never ready on time or they never have the medication you need. Absolute waste of time chemist in every way!!
