Sent my 1 year old to emergency with a 40 degree fever on New Years Eve. Doctors and nurses were brilliant. Zero wait time, took his vitals and observed him make sure he was responding to medication and spent 20 minutes properly explaining what to look for after we took him home. Never complaining about paying taxes again.

Worst service ever at any hospital, Blonde lady doctor working in minor injuries today was there to help my mother with her incredibly painful open wound hemorrhoids, instead after we waited for 6 hours, she came in looked at the area for under a minute, then rudely said she couldn't do anything and then said she would be back. I opened the curtain, they didn't see me but I watched her laughing, pointing and talking about my mothers condition to fellow staff. So unprofessional, and absolutely awful human being. To become a doctor working in hospital emergency, yet make fun of a lady in pain, I will try my best to direct this to her bosses and hopefully she gets fired, or at least some action is taken. Definitely will recommend everyone I know goes somewhere else like Robina, where they treat people at least with respect.

Here's A Tip. If You REALLY Despise Someone. Send Them To This Hell Hole !! Had A Bad Head Wound & Had To Wait For HOURS To Get Treatment, Which Turned Out To Be Dreadful, As Infection Set In. Was In Constant Pain For Weeks, Until Robina Hospital Actually Fixed What This Joke Of A Place, Couldn't/Didn't. AVOID !!

Tried to make a follow up outpatient appointment, left messages 3 times but NEVER heard back from them!!
