Great service. Great flowers. Great value. They are very hard working professional staff. Anyone complaining about V day and not getting their flowers at a particular time clearly don’t understand a courier service nor V day. Thank you we were very happy with the professional service.

**UPDATE** Been over a week now and refund still has not come through. Made a online order this morning for Valentines day - used the option for delivery time (afterwords I found in their FAQ that using that option is not possible in the real world.....should probably take that out then maybe? what do you think?) Long story short it is now 16:30 and its not possible to have the delivery made and the store will not pick up their phone and won't reply to voice mails. I was promised a call back at 3pm but it never came through and I have no idea what is going on. Looks like the delivery wasn't even made and their couriers have messed up their day. - got a refund also.

It's Valentines Day 2018. My partner did not receive her flowers yet at the agreed time. It is busy, I understand but, no notification if delivery is delayed or cancelled. No response on email. No one answers on phone. Don't even know if she will receive the flowers.

Yesterday I ordered flowers to surprise my girlfriend for her 18th birthday, and she absolutely loved them! Called me right away and made such a big deal out of it that I felt a bit awkward and asked her to send me a photo. Boy was I surprised with what I saw! Talk to me about value for money! Can’t recommend you enough!

Very Helpful staff!! Wasn't sure if anything on their website suited what I wanted so Caroline and the girls designed something specially for me to suit the colours I chose and most importantly my budget! This Gold-Class service is not something you get in every Flower Shop. Thank you sooo much!!
