Fantastic, I had made a mistake and the person was overseas on day of delivery, they redelivered fresh flowers later in the week. Would definitely use this florist again.

The flowers were beautiful however had a really horrible experience with Amanda the owner. Myself and the Bride To Be returned to the shop to have some wedding flowers changed, the brief stated plum and maroon flowers however bright, neon purple and red flowers were used (yes - we understand flowers are seasonal however you advised us to purchase some maroon and dark purple flowers which could have been used in the arrangement originally). The florist who helped us was very lovely however Amanda raised her voice and leaned over the counter and said in the Brides face "I think you are being very ridiculous" which doesn't sound like much however stress levels are very high the day before your wedding and the Bride broke down in tears upon leaving the store. She was also resistant to fixing their mistake and informed us that we had to take the flowers because they were beautiful and to fix it ourselves - eventually she did swap the flowers but only after a heated argument. Amanda was given example photos and a very detailed brief (which stated no jasmine - there was jasmine on everything!) to work off. She was very very condescending and pointed out (in a very immature mocking voice) that they were fresh flowers... which we were well aware of because the Bride spent hundreds of dollars on them. Amanda then stormed away after picking off the "wrong" flowers and throwing them down on the counter and leaving the other florist to help us (she was absolutely lovely). Yes, you went to the trouble of getting in a type of flower that you said you couldn't get in, yes, the flowers were beautiful however they did not match the theme of wedding, the venue or the brief. No one, particularly a young lady the day before her wedding, deserves to be spoken to or treated like this. It was very humiliating particularly as there were a fair few employees watching this unfold. And I would just like to mention that we entered the shop and began the conversation as friendly and positive as we could - we weren't defensive or rude in the slightest.  I urge everyone to take your business elsewhere!

The flowers arranged for my wedding were the most beautiful arrangements I'd ever seen. They were also very reasonably priced and the new owner went out of her way to make sure we were happy.
