This was such an amazing experience... I am having a large wedding and decided to go here as I’ve walked past and bought flowers many of a time - and I am so glad I did because the owner and staff are so helpful and giving. They have made this experience so easy and calm. I am having so many flowers and I thought no one could help me but they certainly have gone beyond my expectations! Highly reccomend !!!

Disgusting service, disgusting bridal flowers, quality appalling and flowers were not ready but we were met with an argumentative owner. Any brides wanting to go with this cheap quality better to pick your own flowers and let them sit 2 days and they would still be prettier then Petals on the plaza. What was promised was not received and when trying to get a partial refund was met with total contempt from the owner, who should just give up her day job. Had read the bad reviews but decided to give them a shot.... trust the bad reviews, they were right.

Yesterday was such a memorable day for our family, my mother's 70th birthday. Petals on the Plaza Helensvale made our day even more special.  Nothing was too much trouble for Ange and she really went out of her way to ensure the flowers we decorated our venue with were amazing.  My mum cried and all the guests commented how devine the venue looked.  Thank you Petals we will definitely be back xx

rude manager, told myself to be more organised, was bragging about how she worked all day and how tired she was, hun no one cares! cause end of the day your the manager so do your job properly and get along with it.

ps I never wrote this I have a very passionate sister who uses my laptop
