Max Brenner is a place which provides that atmosphere that makes you want to indulge. While this intriguing atmosphere is what pulled me off the streets, the price to quality ratio isn't there for me. I feel that the food is slightly over-priced while the quality is average or slightly below. While I have really appreciated Max Brenner in NYC and at their former Las Vegas location, this didn't quite do it for me. At the end of the day I would say this is a great place to try once out of curiosity, but not a repeat eat.

I agree with some people as there was about 4 other people in the store and we had waited about 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes but they where so worth. They were fairly priced i dont remember thinking the menu was to expensive. Except the loose chocolate around the shop was pricey and i thought because the milkshake was nice we'd buy some. However they where out of nearly all of the different flavors. But i would go back. Staff was also nice and the place was clean and had air conditioning.

$6.60 for a hot chocolate. I asked for dark chocolate you think it would be full flavored. 1. Not even warm enough to melt the marshmallows. 2. Cup and spoon are dirty. 3. No flavour. Also ordered a chocolate brownie the obviously rely heavily on the sauce as the brownie tastes as if it was made by Aunty Sara !

Such a bad experience. Really disappointed. Got finger sized banana prices for chocolate fondue....an extra bowl of fruit took 15 mins...store supervisor did not even care when we complained about the service... Such a waste of time and money

service was curt and rude. Ordered double choc cookie which was served cold and hard. At first refused our request to warm it up, saying it was not meant to be eaten warm. Thoroughly disappointed with the food and service.
