We bought a packet of taki chips which were way past their use-by date. We immediately realized after we bought them and asked for a refund, which the manager said it’s only a suggestion and will not refund us our $8. So we asked to swap for something else, they said no! We were so angry we left without the chips and our $8. This is completely against consumer laws in Australia. Disgusting management!!

Tried to go in and make a purchase with visiting family members on our way out of the centre at 3.50pm… the young girl behind the counter had closed half the doors and was playing on her phone and when I walked in she told me ‘sorry, we’re closed, we shut at 4’… not very good business practice at all.
I think only one staff member is needed as both staff are doing f all .
Sells a large variety of lollies sure to please anyone. 5 stars from me cause they sell choc buds, very hard to find these days.
Came in this afternoon to grab a quick snack with my partner. Nothing major just a bite. Didn’t see a sign saying minimum spend needs to be $5. Asked if they could throw on a surcharge and they can’t do that. We had no cash on us. Completely embarrassing as we’d walked in and took our time choosing something we’d both like to share.
Spent over an hour travelling to pac fair and finding the store only to find out that it does not exist, or the pac fair map is outdatged maybe? either way cantytime's website's location finder is completely broken.
Great variety of lollies that you can choose and bag yourself. Very friendly staff
Store is supposed to be open! Doesn't even look like it's about to! 9.15!
