I have been searching for a long time for a sugar-free chocolate that not onlu uses clean ingredients but also bakes well. I was so happy to have found Cravve chocolate and we exclusively use their sugar-free chocolate in our keto cookies, hot cross buns & loaves. The customer service is great, Peter always goes out of his way to help me. Highly recommend this great Aussie business!
Unfortunate to have to leave a negative review but not a very good online shopping experience with this business. Purchased 1kg of the dark drinking chocolate. From the on-site communication non existent. No tracking information provided and once item arrived only half the order was received! Did the right thing and contacted the business direct where I was offered a half hearted apology and blame was directed to the packers. As a courtesy I forwarded photos and messages via sms to confirm what I had been sent and messages went unanswered! Two days later I followed up with another message to request could I please be informed of tracking number to which I received a one word reply “sure” to my message at 7.30pm at night! Another two days passed where I sent another follow up message requesting information about my order and delivery and no reply!! Very poor communication and service in every aspect and sadly it appears that trying to support local Aussie businesses just isn’t worth the hassle or maybe my $20 order just isn’t important enough to this business!! 0/10.
