Problem with leaking water system.  Roadside assistance helped to fix it a little & replaced a well worn punctured tyre. Very helpful.
On return of van, customer service could be improved! Fortunately it was a dry day otherwise the hike with cases to terminal is not as close as is made out! A shuttle service would be helpful esp for elderly customers.  Otherwise van was good. Tassie lovely. :-)
