I was served by "Zac" he was very polite and professional. He knew everything about the subs and could answer any questions and concerns I had. He made my sub just the way I like it, the sub was delicious as well as the cookies. Thank you
Best, cleanest and freshest Subway in Toowoomba. It’s the only Subway I go to in Toowoomba. I refuse to go to any of the other Subway’s as they are rude and dirty and the ingredients are not fresh.

Just had a salad delivered and it's the most pathetic salad ever.. Super disappointing. Didn't even try to full the bowl up and lettuce wasn't an option so I was given about 8 pieces of spinach. Waste of money.
I ordered lunch for a large women's forum and we were not disappointed- the subs were spectacular, and gluten free wraps amazing! Thank you Subway in Margaret St Toowoomba City - you really did us proud! And when I asked for extra serviettes your staff were happy to oblige. Oh I understand that that was free advertising, but it was more... it was generosity when we needed it. And my ladies were well satisfied.i will definitely trust in you again.
Order a meatball sub. Took quite a while to arrive not subways fault but was extremely disappointed when I received it and the meatballs were undercooked.
Service was non existent in the Margaret st store, we walked in and patiently waited to be served. Both staff members completely ignored us while standing right in front of us preparing what I guess was online orders. I completely understand that with food delivery services a huge thing the stores have orders to fulfil but I would also presume that in store customers should at least be acknowledged when waiting for service. Even a quick "we will be with you in a moment" would have been nice. Maybe they should consider more staff in store so they can have staff dedicated to in store service. We went to a different store and the service was fantastic. Plenty of staff and friendly service.
Savanna was fabulous. Super attentive to my gluten free needs and understood she wasn’t able to touch other bread with the same gloves. 10 out of 10
Ok, but... My work has me travelling, at times a lot. So subway is a staple in my diet and I've purchased from outlets from Rockhampton to the Gold Coast and West to Toowoomba. Foot long sub from here is ok, not as good as Hervey Bay, more on a par with my local subway. The but... Doing an online search of Margaret st Toowoomba subway has it open 24 hours. Turning up at 06:00 had me perplexed to find a temporary sign indicating 05:30 opening sign. Lady shuffling around inside indicated that opening time is 07:00. Website 24 hours. Sign at entry indicating 24 hours and temporary sign of 05:30. Actual opening time 07:00. Mmmm. Back at 07:10 and put mildly sign needs to be taken down. Two weeks later and website, shopfront and signage still indicating times as above. Would love to get some feedback on this???
