One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had.nnThe vanilla milkshake was two-thirds full, had dark residue inside the cup, and tasted wrong. I also paid for extra cheese on a Triple Cheeseburger, confirmed it with staff, and still received no extra cheese.nnUnacceptable quality and service.
The worst maccas in the world. The dip I ordered will expire tomorrow, and it tastes like shit, very bad smell the texture was like water. I asked the manager and he was very disrespectful to me, he said he cannot do anything about it and he cannot do anything about it as it only expires tomorrow. Disgusting management, store and food. Hate this place and hope no one ever goes their.
In every McDonald’s I’ve been to, I’ve never once had to buy food just to use the bathroom. This location is the first, and honestly, it’s ridiculous. Forcing people to make a purchase just to access a basic facility is not only inconvenient, but it’s also ableist — some people have urgent needs that shouldn’t be tied to spending money. On top of that, it wastes both the customer’s time and the staff’s time just to unlock a bathroom. Disappointing experience.
Ordered a large coffee with a free mini muffin with my choice of flavour. The flavour I wanted wasn't available even the system allowed me to choose it. It's a minor inconvenience.nnWent to use the bathroom. It was locked/Customer only. The helpful staff member opened it for me. I thought, it would be clean since it was locked. Oh boy, I was wrong in so many levels. The toilet was so dirty. Toilet roll was lying on the ground and I believe people urinated on the floor too. It was horrible.
Staff not Helpful. Upon asking for keys to the toilet as they were locked, they advised us that they have lost the keys???nnCoffee tasted like hot milk and water mixed. Food half cold. Not a good experience.
