One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had.nnThe vanilla milkshake was two-thirds full, had dark residue inside the cup, and tasted wrong. I also paid for extra cheese on a Triple Cheeseburger, confirmed it with staff, and still received no extra cheese.nnUnacceptable quality and service.
I came in around 5pm in the late afternoon and ordered a McSmart meal with the bonus deal hash brown and a Chicken ‘n’ Cheese burger. The wait time was actually pretty good, less than 5 minutes and my name was called quickly, so no issues there.nnHowever, when I got to my destination after dealing with heavy Thursday late night shopping traffic I checked the bag and realised there were no chips included. This is now the third time this has happened, which is really frustrating.nnIt’s not that hard to double or triple check the order before handing it out. I understand how hospitality works... I’ve worked in it myself and I know it can be quiet or slow at times, but that’s even more reason to make sure orders are correct. I also noticed staff chatting and not really paying attention, which might explain the mistake.nnI’ve read other reviews about this place, and honestly, I’m surprised things haven’t improved. If you’re going to be on the job, at least take a moment to make sure customers get what they paid for. From one former hospitality worker, please make sure you have all right items for the order and make sure to impove... can chat as much you want to your co workers, I understand, I done that... just do the job your meant to do.
A big thank you to Isabella, and the boys on tonight at McDonald's for their exceptional service. Isabella truly went above and beyond when there was a small issue with my order—she handled it quickly, professionally, and made sure I left completely satisfied. The boys were friendly, efficient, and welcoming throughout my visit. It's refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Keep up the great work!
I came in at 12:30 for my lunch. I ordered an ice cream cone and asked if I could quickly use the bathroom , the lady then rolled her eyes as she has the ice cream cone I asked if she could quickly hold it then as she was like what do you want me to do with it, I asked if she could put it on a cup tray and she was like we don’t have any so rude, I’ve never heard of maccas not having cup trays. Then throws it out and comes and unlocks the bathroom being a smartass,after that I then had to wait 5 mins for my icecream cone it was not busy, her and the other girl were sitting there laughing hiding in the corner. The two girls one has blonde hair she’s quite short, the other is brown hair and I’m pretty sure she is manger. I don’t appreciate this fowl behaviour and next time any of them girls are disrespectful to me I’ll be taking this further . Get better staff.
No wonder this place has such a low rating.nnI went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and pulled up to the first window to pay. I waited there for over 3 minutes, and not a single staff member came to the window. Thinking I was supposed to pay at the next window, I drove forward.nnWhen I got there, the guy working was incredibly rude. Instead of apologising or trying to help, he just told me I should have waited at the previous window. I explained that I had already waited for 3–4 minutes and nobody showed up. His response? “You’ll have to park, walk inside, and get your food.”nnI even offered to pay cash at that window and asked if he could just process my order, but he refused. The worst part is that once you go through this drive-thru, it exits straight onto the main road, so there’s no way to go back to the first window.nnThis wasn’t just bad service—it was complete disrespect for a paying customer. The staff seriously need training in basic customer service. They acted like they couldn’t care less about the customers and were only there to collect a paycheck.nnI would honestly rather go hungry than spend another dollar at this place. Absolutely disgraceful.
