This is probably the most disgusting McDonald's that I have ever been to, so far. We went here on a Sunday early lunch/late breakfast. The moment we entered the store, we noticed that the floor was sooooo sticky. I will understand if it was just a small part that is sticky, but noooo. You can see on the photos how oily the whole floor was. Before we ordered, we first headed to the toilet. It was locked and there was a note on the door that you have to ask the staff for the keys. So we did. The staff unlocked it for us. I wasn't expecting a five star cleanliness and I'm not really fussy when it comes to public toilets but ooohhhh myyyy... this is next level disgusting. And I don't even expect the McDonald's crew to clean the toilets at this point as they are handling the food too. I think, the franchisee of this branch should look into hiring a third party cleaner to do this. PLEASE.nNow for the food, we had the sausage and egg mcmuffin. It is quite dry compared to other maccas. Coffee was ok.nNo paper on the ordering kiosk so you won't know what's your order number.
Went in the drive thru, sat waiting, got our order that was missing a Burger. Then we left to discover that all 5x packets of chips were all cold and hard, so drove back and requested fresh ones... to discover how disgustingly dirty the entire restaurant was. How have u not lost your food licence...
We ordered dine in lunch at 2.08 pm and received it at 2.25 pm. There was only one person in front of us. The food was average, the store was dirty and the bins were full. No use at all was made of the cafe. One person on the front counter. It would have been quicker to go through drive through. We won't be back. The franchisee obviously only cares about the $$.
Ordered a double quarter pounder at grand central and got sick from it and they never compensated me but got 56 billion from making people unhealthy and wrecking the environment and tried to get 2 large waters and got talked to like I was scum the girl said wait there's other people in front of you and didn't take my order NEVER BUYING FROM THERE OR ANY MCDONALD'S AGAIN. And other people should do the same and avoid going there
Food was below average, chips were cold, rock hard and had no salt. Toilets were absolutely disgusting. Heard the staff having a random conversation and then when one of the girls was asked to serve us she turned around and said to I’m guessing the manager “and what’s your disability”. After we ordered they all stood around chatting again about random stuff, including ordering themselves pizza for dinner. Oh and were also talking about how they were closing early for who knows what reason
