Beware this place is filthy and understaffed. Had to wait over 20min to get a happy meal and 6 nuggets for then the staff to throw the chips into the box loose. Could hear multiple people in drive-through demanding refunds. 2 off duty staff were standing around and even went behind the counter to get there own order out.
Disgusting Place, Disgusting Service, Disgusting Food Happy Meals missing the toys/pokemon card they ran out, the chicken burgers came in non promo boxes, so missed out on 2 monopoly tickets, fries were not fried, just boiled in hot oil, was oily and tasted like boiled potatoes, burnt my forearm when the oil dripped on it, staff and manager were too busy engaged in verbal fight with another customer to care. toilets were pure filth!!! backed up and over flowing, hand drier didn't work, no bins for hand towels so all piled up on the basin. chemicals left on basin - accident waiting to happen. They dont deserve any stars. Disappointed and angry that I spent my hard earned money in that place Never coming back to this place again.. ever.
This chain has really dropped their guard! They are not kept clean and tidy anymore - dirty tables, not wiped down and bathrooms were once spotless - checked, cleaned and freshened up regularly - not anymore. As for the food, well everyone knows how items have been downsized. We also witnessed the manager ripping in to a staff member in front of other staff and in front if waiting customers - Not cool mate!!
I went inside to use the restrooms and to grab some food. The toilets were locked and you have to ask a staff member for a key. When I was finally let into the restrooms the ladies toilet was disgusting, one toilet was out of service and the one I used smelt horrible and had sanitary products overflowing out on the bin. The hygiene of this place was definitely not up to par. I was so grossed out by just my experience using the toilet I didn’t end up ordering any food or drinks because if that’s the hygiene of the toilets imagine the food situation. Definitely do not stop here, it’s not worth it.
McDonald's in Toowoomba CBD Toilets locked Toilets filthy when staff unlocked They forgot my order Milk was left sitting in crate at door that had obviously been delivered earlier in the day. I informed staff of this and they started blaming each other. Other people in restaurant were also disappointed with the service and facilities. The franchise owner needs to review his staff and maybe offer more training before they run it into the ground.
Worst McDonalds I’ve been to in 40years. Restaurant was dirty, tables not clean. Outside had rubbish on the ground. Orders incomplete Food & hot drinks luke warm No paper tables available: then you need to wait for staff to get some from behind the counter. Insufficient staff Consumers smoking in restaurant. Toilet doors locked. This restaurant needs to be thoroughly cleaned or closed if they can not maintain a high standard for food consumption.
3rd time now. Waited 45 minutes to get my meal. Other people inside waiting just as long. But car after car going through drive through. Make you wait inside for you meal. Waited 1 hr last time for grandsons happy meal.
I’m not even kidding this is the worst maccas i’ve ever been too. I went through the drive thru today and ordered an el maco meal, she gave me a quarter pounder. no worries i just asked to get it changed to an el maco and they told me to park and they’d do it. anyways about 10 mins later they handed me a new bag and we had driven off and they gave me ANOTHER quarter pounder??? and no drink when i asked and paid for a coke. like i’m sorry but this has happened 2 times now and they always seem to make my order wrong every time i go, honestly so off that place and won’t be going back lol
An absolute joke. Supposed to be fast food. Waited a million minutes to order and by the time you realise they are pathetically useless you are trapped and can't get out. Then wait another million minutes to get the food. Couldn't do it and as soon as there was enough room to get out of the line I bailed without food or my money. Disgraceful.
Ordered a cappuccino and waited 25 min in the drive through. The car ahead of me drove away without receiving their order, they had obviously also waited too long.
