Really clean McDonald's, very nice inside.nWe ordered on the tablets inside and there were unfortunately multiple things wrong with our order no added bacon on burger, no sauce and then when we said something they were out of it and had to get a different sauce, only 5 nuggets instead of 6. Food came out moderatly quickly. It was fine but frustrating that there were so many minor things wrong
I’m disappointed with my recent experiences at my local McDonald’s. My last two iced latte orders were made incorrectly. I clearly asked for a large iced latte, double shot, with no sugar, but both times I received coffee with sugar. I had to go back, join the queue again, and wait for it to be remade, which was frustrating and time consuming.nnEven after it was remade, the coffee tasted extremely bitter and was almost undrinkable. I ended up drinking less than a quarter before throwing it away. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. It’s especially disappointing because this is my local store and I expected better consistency and quality.
Worst McDonald’s in Australia, can’t even make a Big Mac correctly. Also don’t order a triple cheese burger from here they never get it right and make junk. Expect something missing everytime you order delivery as well.
3rd time I've been here and the service is always shocking. I had ordered our food via the touch screen machine and waiting for what seemed like 45 mins to 55 mins. Ridiculous! The uber guy beside me was waiting on his order before I placed mine and he didn't get his until I was almost finished eating my food! I reckon over an hour for this poor guy. Why did the service change where there were 4 tills out front, and our numbers were on the screen to say it's cooking now and what order numbers are ready to be collected just ridiculous! I know I don't have to keep going to McDonald's but I have kids and they like catching up with cousins over food and the playground that is not clean.nnI worked out something, order your food through drive thru as they seem like they're priority and then walk in with your food sit down and eat I bet you wouldn't be waiting as long! Get your services together McDonald's on Ruthven Street. If I could be bothered I'd message the managers. Do better please!!!
7:30pm, only one other customer in drive-thru. We just get a cheeseburger and hash brown and get asked to wait in parking bay. Then handed this which is apparently meant to be a cheeseburger which is missing ingredients too.
