One of the better Macca's I've enjoyed, always clean with friendly and prompt service. Kids love the playground, and the 24 hour drive through very convenient... And popular.good place for a late night snack, or that quick meal when you're in a hurry.

What can you say about a McDonald's? They thrive on sameness but at least that way you can count on what to expect. The Ruthven Street McDonalds has friendly staff, is generally kept well clean and has ample and sensibly arranged parking as well as a good drive through. The only negative is the number of clients who choose to leave containers & such on the ground rather than put them in the ample bins.

Went to the drive-thru today. The line was too long as per usual. When I eventually got to the take-away counter I was told to park. 15 mins later I was still waiting for my meals so I had to go in store to collect. They weren't even aware that my order had not been delivered to me. I was very polite, collected my meals and went home. They still got me order wrong - no hash browns and my coffee was cold. This is a regular issue with Toowoomba South. This who know me know that I love Maccas. Never again Toowoomba South.

Waited for 20 minutes only to get half my order!! absolutely discusting food! Meat patty half cooked! Never again!!

We were very excited to see the new build go up and, overnight, flourish into a McDonald's but so disappointed when we first visited. This is the new McDonald's which has just been built, just off the Motorway at Plainland. Does not do Create Your Own Choice!! 😢 Staff seemed to lack training or were indifferent about our orders. I'm hoping these are teething problems and things will get better.
