A disappointment …. Chips were stone coldnObviously sitting there for over an hour … I was told chips have to be thrown after 10 or 15 mins … this obviously isn’t the case at this hungry jacks … the burger was warm at best too …. It’s a business that serves food … the staff shouldn’t be standing around talking playing with their hair & touching their faces without washing their hands before serving more food
A great Hungry Jacks store. Popped in for nice quiet coffee and Lunch. The Chicken burgers are devine. My coffee was made with perefection plus. I will be popping for another coffee & burger soon. Well Done HJB.
The worlds slowest drive through I’ve seen people literally drive off on 3 seperate occasions. Always 20-30 mins. Just got told after 20 mins of waiting to even pay that was going to be 30 mins wait. I just left to McDonald’s. Been like this for months not sure what the problem is. I have never left a review but seriously the owners need to know for their own sake.
Got the new Whopper with the lot, medium fries & pineapple drink which I waited about 20 minutes for -Burger was cold & ice in the drink had almost melted. Very disappointing! However there was one female staffer who was hustling meals to counter & drive through- moving quickly! But there was another female staffer who literally did nothing but play with her hair the whole time I was in store except to say, in front of customers that new burger would be disgusting! Just the way you want customer facing staff to represent the company - NOT. Harsh but accurate, if you want good reviews do better!!!
Waited over 25 minutes in the drive through when I was the first car there. Wasn't told there would be a wait, just sat there watching the cars behind get their food first. One person even sped away before they paid because the wait was ridiculous. When we got out food the drinks were all over the outside of the cups too. I understand being understaffed, but its no excuse for bad customer service
