Very disappointed with our order tonight  firstly the delivery driver just left the order at the front step, didn't ring the bell. Don't know how long it sat there for but it was cold. Burger was very unpleasant we had to microwave everything to actually eat it.

Pretty quick service, had a nice dining area with a retro vibe. Lots of room to eat your burgers and chippies away from prying eyes.nnThe employees here are more mature than at other fast food options and the kitchen was running very smoothly for a Friday night.nnBurgers were constructed well and chips were well salted, as long as you remember this is a Hungry Jack's and not a sit down and order restaurant, there is not much to be desired.nnWould easily recommend this as the top fast food option in Toowoomba, though it's a pity it's not closer to Grand Central.

terrible service. missing onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, sauce and the extra pickles i paid for. ridiculous. and thanks to inflation i pay 10.50 for this, what a joke

Both in store & online ordering can never get orders correct. Patty’s on burgers are almost always burnt. Terrible customer service whilst ordering in store & caught a glance of the inside of cold room door covered in mould, highly recommend choosing any hungry jacks in toowoomba that isn’t the wilsonton store.

I have tried on 4 different occasions to get breakfast here on the days they are open 24 hours and I have gone in at 6am when they open on a week day and theres always an excuse as to why they can't serve food or are open. Today o went later, ordered online. They made me wait 10 minutes at the window and passed me a cold coffee and hashbrown and bacon and egg Turkish. Probably the worst fast food iv had here apart from the maccas across the street, both same cold food
