Stopped to get a quick bite on the way home from a late night at the hospital. The coffee wasn't what I asked for the chips and burger and mozzarella sticks were barely warm. Very dissatisfied and won't be wasting my time going there again
My experience at maccas was honestly disappointing and disgusting I bought 2 toastiest they threw them in the bag and it was burnt I also bought a new donut cake thing that had a bite out of it
Bought a large quarter pounder meal and was not given the large glass. The person at the window was extremely unprofessional. She was with another worker laughing and gossiping while we were waiting to be served. We were unaware on the price of the meal. Gave me the wrong frappe flavour the flavour I wanted was correct on the board. Overall, every time I have been there, staff can not stop talking. It is extremely frustrating. By far one of the most disappointing MacDonalds in Toowoomba.
The wrap came undone in the paper bag. Spilling the contents over other food. Returned same. The food was replaced, no apology, the staff need to upgrade in infection control. Very very disappointed in the service.
We had placed an order totalling around $50. I was aware that with the amount of things ordered we needed to make sure it was correct. When we got to the window you could barely see the screen to confirm your order. When I had asked for a receipt we were told “sorry we don’t have any receipt paper in the printer”. How hard is it to just get a new roll of paper and print one. When we got to the second window, our order was wrong and they forgot part of our order and told us to either drive thru again when it was busy or come inside and order again. Incompetent staff and communication skills.
