We had a takeout from KFC Wilsonton outlet for quick dinner and I was surprised by this piece of chicken wing that came with a 3 piece box. It looked like a small newborn mice next to the very small portion of fries. I know prices have risen for food items but this is quite sad.
Absolute kaos! People waiting 3 hours for an online order..nnOrdered in the shop and had to wait 45 minutes.. burgers were stacked up but never put in any bags eventually got my order it was the wrong burger and absolutely freezing and stale! Also then got to the car to realize half my order was also missing.nnKids running around like headless chickens.nnWill attach a photos of multiple burgers just sitting there for over 30 minutesnnEDIT; the guy in the red KFC hat seemed to be the only one keeping pace and actually doing something, instead of standing around..
The chicken was cooked exactly how I like it, oily, juicy, and golden.
Arrived with my husband for a cheeky snack after dropping kids off to school/ daycare at about 10am while husband ordered I attempted to use restroom and found it utterly disgusting, then they got my order wrong and gave both me and my husband chips with no salt and cold. Husband went back got replacement food freshly made which was much better. Service was as expected nice.
The manager and staff of this place is amazing as I was ordering my food online which what I always did, than this time I was ordered in a wrong location so they help me out by giving me the food even though they don't have too as that wasn't their fault and usually if something go wrong the staff will just be so rude. Thank you so much guys I am really happy with the service today.nYou guys so amazing.
