I wish I could give negative stars. The drive through and parking system need a complete revamp. Cars waiting in the drive through block access to the parking spots, block the entrance from a main road to this and other shops and there is a second way to enter the drive through which leads to fighting over who gets into the drive through first. The wait times are inexplicably long, with a 20 minute wait further frustrated by the need to either struggle to avoid cars trying to access other shops or trying to keep out of the way of people struggling to get out of the car park. Looking through the drive through windows shows a large number of staff members screwing around, looking perplexed and giving you no faith in the food preparation processes you'd expect of a decent establishment. The food is below mediocre, which is becoming far too common with KFC in general, often being cold or missing a large chunk of your order. Waiting another 25 minutes for the staff to fix your order is a step too far and I'd rather just continue home fuming and not visit again. Not worth a visit.

Would give no stars if possible. Waited nearly half an hour then got told there was no hot and spicy for another 15 minutes. 9 out of my last 10 visits would be 0 or 1 star.

Had to use our receipt to make order which we had to give to them and then it too 15mins. All workers were just standing around. Also were the only vechile in drive thru

Fast food is quite simple. If you get your order really quick it’s cold stale and gross if you have to wait it’s hot and thrown together in such a way they may as well advertise it as build your own burger. But waiting 1/2 an hr with only 2 orders in front of me to receive cold and stale and not even what I ordered is unacceptable. If I wanted my chips cold and soggy from sweating I would have bought them This morning left them on my bench all day and then eaten them. Worst kfc I’ve ever been to. $50 later and my family is hungry and my bin is full.
