Piss poor service. Rude staff are not capable of keeping up with customers. 3 team members on and it took 12 minutes to get served . And then was given a mouthful of disrespect by the rude cow behind the counter
I was happened to be served by Gema when I went in for a coffee. She is by far the most promising customer centric staff I have met. A great asset to BP.nShall be back without a doubt.
If I could, I would give zero star. The staff so rude, poor service. It was my first time but I will never come back.
Always friendly staff, clean service station, clean fuel.
We always get our fuel here. The staff are fantastic. Particularly the young man who has been there 6 years I've never caught his name, sorry. His customer service is second to none. He is so very good with customers & has a bright & bubbly personality. He's the reason we stop by there every time we're in Toowoomba. The young man who made the coffee today was very good too. Very polite & made great coffee. Both young men are a credit to the business. Donna Webb.
