I was happened to be served by Gema when I went in for a coffee. She is by far the most promising customer centric staff I have met. A great asset to BP.nShall be back without a doubt.

Always friendly staff, clean service station, clean fuel.
We always get our fuel here. The staff are fantastic. Particularly the young man who has been there 6 years I've never caught his name, sorry. His customer service is second to none. He is so very good with customers & has a bright & bubbly personality. He's the reason we stop by there every time we're in Toowoomba. The young man who made the coffee today was very good too. Very polite & made great coffee. Both young men are a credit to the business. Donna Webb.
Rude blonde staff member. Asked a simple question about what was the cheapest packet of smokes. Was told with a huge attitude that they can't give out that information. I have 7 years service station experience and know this is an utter load of rubbish. Never been told that before anywhere in my life. She just couldn't be bothered looking and doing her job. Her private conversation with another staff member was more important. Then being talked about and laughed at as I waited for my daughter to finish with the toilet. Wont be coming back.
