I would like to bring to management's attention an incident that occurred on 20/06/2026 at approximately 1:41 PM.nWhile visiting the store to purchase a shake, I was treated in a rude and disrespectful manner by a staff member. I found her behaviour unprofessional and inappropriate, and I felt embarrassed by the way I was spoken to in front of other customers.nThe interaction made me feel unwelcome, and I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received. I believe all customers should be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times.nI request that management review this matter and take appropriate action to address the situation and help prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.nThank you for your attention to this concern.
I had a disappointing experience at this petrol station on 7 May. I politely asked for my order to be made hot, but it was served cold. I also asked for toilet access, and the older lady staff member wearing sunglasses became angry and said, “Why didn’t you tell me first when I was serving you?” The way she spoke to me felt rude and disrespectful.nnManagement can check the CCTV footage between 12:25 pm and 12:45 pm to review the interaction. Customers should be treated politely and professionally.
Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service - I have been a loyal BP customer at the Newton location for a long time, mainly because of the rewards points. But today’s experience will be my last. While filling petrol, my wife had the car door open briefly because she was cleaning the floor mat – nothing unsafe or intentional to cause trouble. While I was about to pay my bill, this staff member named Megan addressed me in an extremely rude, condescending, and frankly racist manner, demanding to know why the door was open. She claimed she “needs to see” while I’m filling my tank, but the way she spoke was unnecessarily aggressive, humiliating, and completely lacking in basic respect. Zero professionalism. Zero customer service. Absolutely no courtesy to regular customers. I left feeling insulted and unwelcome. I will never return to this BP station again and will make sure to share my experience so others know how poorly customers are treated here.nnBP needs to seriously look into their staff training – especially when it comes to treating people with respect and without prejudice.
Rude customer service by old lady this arvo, coffee wasn’t great after confirming order 2 times. 4 times requested to give access for toilet. She end up by saying that she is busy where ever there were no customer to serve. Need improvement for customer service.
Dropped by BP Newtown for a quick fill-up, and it was seamless! The pumps were pristine, and Jade, the incredibly friendly staff member, helped me out and shared the best route out of town. Their coffee had a rich, smooth flavour that truly hit the spot. Great prices, no wait, and Jade’s awesome service made my day. 5 stars, highly recommend!
