The hotel is close to several restaurants and is very nice. However, the hotel only changes towels every three days, and only if you're staying for a week or longer. We weren't told this beforehand and missed the memo, so we didn't have clean towels to use (the dirty ones we used before were used to wipe water from the floor because one of the showers had a giant gap between the door and the floor). Also, the laundry machine was a washer and drier in one, which resulted in 2.5 hour wash cycles and damp clothes even when the cycle was done. Overall, though, we had a good stay here.

Very neat and clean place. Very spacious in a great location close to everything in Geraldton. Unfortunately our room had issues with the hot water not running for long periods of time but management helped us out as much as they could and responded to our needs. Otherwise it is a good place.

Everything ok except for the $100 Key holding fee. Ours daughters stayed one night on their way to Kalbarri, they debited our young daughters account and she now has to wait 2 to 4 weeks for reimbursement. Their holiday is for only a week. Something very wrong.here.....

Booking was easy, reception was great, room was amazing, room service from Skeetas was brilliant including catering for my early start. I won't even price check my next trip as I get what I pay for here, many thanks. Small request any chance the pool hours could be extended was hoping for an evening swim and just missed out due to 7pm closure

Nice 2 bedroom apartment by the water but on the hour every hour the air con would turn it's self off and lock the controls so you'd have to go cut power to the whole unit. But it's a great facility.
