Great place with BBQs and a very nice pool. Nice views and clean rooms. Each section of the hotel has a large outdoor seating area with beautiful full wood tables, ideal for a nice take out or cooked on the BBQ dinner. Great for kids, couples, and families.

Very friendly staff and a nice place to stay. Safety was a little concerning because of the past theft and break-ins. I had no issues. The room was clean and very comfortable, Thank you :-)

Airconditioning works great. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Staff are friendly.

Have stayed here more than 25 times and have considered it to be generally fine on all previous stays. This stay the bed linen had not been changed. The quilt, sheets and pillow cases were badly stained and there was debris in the actual bed. I discovered this after 10pm. The reception staff was great and moved me to another room.( thankyou for offering to help me move rooms). I was given 10% refund as compensation and was informed by mangement that a new staff member had missed the attention to detail. Sorry, but this reflects poor training and mentoring of your new staff. This not a matter of attention to detail....it is basic housekeeping and a matter of hygiene...quite revolting to expect guests to sleep in a filthy bed! Having spent more than $5000 on accommodation here in the past few years, I'm surprised that $19.99 refund is considered an apology. Disappointed this time majestic oasis apartments ☹
