Great service and good variety. I received assistance as soon as I walked through the door, directing me to where the items I needed were located. While a compact store, it had a good selection of hardware in the store, a small garden centre on the outside, a large timber yard/shed at the back and a few landscaping type supplies out in the yard. If you can't find something, I'd recommend asking because the store has a few distinct areas that aren't obvious if you haven't been there before.
Shopped here because they had the best price on an item and buying online to pick-up in store didn't cost extra. Item I was after was flammable and would've incurred an additional charge from a courier. Pick-up process was painless and efficient. 10/10 would use again.
I rang up this store one Saturday looking for options of battery powerd blowers close to my house. I got excellent service from a staff member and was able to find exactly what I was looking for in no time! This store provided me with a wider selection of battery powered blowers that would be suitble for my outdoor area.
Thank you Warren for helping me out today with cutting some wood even though he was busy. Kind and lovely gesture right before Christmas.

A good place for hardware in Queanbeyan. Yeh, I know it's not Bunnings but it's local and I like the people better.
Great service from the staff at the paint shop. Their staff were responsive and pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person. After I requested to add in an additional non-slip addictive to the paint before mixing, it was a bit too much for the tin and it overflowed. However, the staff had a great attitude in cleaning up the spill and had to do it again after they opened up the can to show me the final colour. This is the hardware store you want to go to if you want good customer service.
