Lucy Cole and the team never fail to deliver. Their outstanding knowledge and customer service set them above the rest in the industry. Would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is serious about finding a quality piece of real estate.

May be 'prestige' in Sales but definitely not 'Prestige' in Property Management - Just Average. Did a runner due to a difficult tenancy they failed to manage per instructions. Don't stick it out when the going gets tough which is the sign of a good agency. You spend more time managing them to then manage the tenant than anything else and yet they take the money anyway. No guarantee of quality service and don't backup their product. Typical.

Worst property management I've ever had to deal with. Would not recommend this agency to anyone. As someone else above mentioned when the going got tough Lucy Cole Property Management got going. Very unprofessional and service was lacklustre.
