At just 21, Peter opened his own agency in the exclusive suburb of Mosman on Sydney’s Lower North Shore cutting his teeth in the lucrative Eastern Suburbs of Potts Point and Double Bay.With a team of 20, Peter led his company from strength to strength before selling the thriving business to his successful and loyal family of existing staff. Born, bred and educated on the Gold Coast, Peter’s fond memories and passion for his home town has lured the real estate guru home to settle with his young family. Peter approaches real estate with an incredibly strong work ethic, gusto and passion, principles he learned from his dad in the running of Peter McManus Holden in Southport in the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s. Peter Jnr studied at Western Sydney University and holds certificates in Real Estate Agency and Management including Auctioneering and Stock and Station Agency Management and has 25 years of experience honing his skills in negotiation, client management, marketing and sales strategy. Peter’s success lies in his unwavering and passionate commitment to customer service and in getting results for his valued clients through modern marketing mediums and state of the art systems at a fraction of the cost.
